Bear Valley Rentals will deliver at any time; however, any time outside of our normal showroom hours will incur an after-hours labor fee. Bear Valley Rentals offers a Damage Waiver to every order. Upon your request you can decline this offer. Therefore replacement rates vary based on the item, and can be given at the time your order is placed.
