Order my inflatables in February 2021 was told they would be sent by April 2021 didn't get them until July 2021. No communication about anything, even when it was finally shipped I got nothing from the company about it being shipped. On top of all that they didn't ship it to me. They sent it to the trucking company terminal that was 2 hours away. I wouldn't purchase another bounce house from Bouncing Angels.

For over 10 years I have had the pleasure of having bouncing angel make us many inflatables for our businesses. to this day all the units are still in operation and used pretty much every week! Thank you for the amazing staff and we look forward to many more years! The vinyl is the top quality, the stitching never comes apart

If you have a question, it's answered promptly and courteously. If you need a rush order, it's on your doorstep in no time. If you want a customized inflatable, it's designed and made to your exact specifications. We have worked with Gary and his team on many occasions and have never been disappointed. In fact, the service and quality of the equipment exceeds our very high expectations every time we place an order.

I have 6 units from John and Gary they build good stuff and it is attractive to the customer. I have had a very good experience thus far this past year 2012 with all of the units i purchased from them. They are right on or very close to the shipment and delivery date of their equipment and friendly to work with, i had a small issue of forgetting stakes and patch kits but they sent them out the day i called and notified them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase equipment.
