What are your cancellation policies?
Cancel 8+ days before for $50 fee. Within 7 days, 50% charge. Within 72 hours, full payment applies. Weather-related cancellations allow rescheduling within 90 days.
Do you deliver to parks and public spaces?
Yes, we deliver to parks across San Diego County. We coordinate with local authorities and provide necessary insurance documentation for park permits.
What power requirements are needed for inflatables?
Standard 110V outlet within 100 feet. We provide extension cords. Generators available for locations without power sources at additional cost.
How do you ensure equipment safety?
All equipment undergoes thorough cleaning and safety inspections after each use. Our staff receives regular safety training and follows strict setup protocols.
Can I rent equipment for multiple days?
Our standard rental includes 3 full days of use for the price of one day. Extended hours beyond 4 hours per day cost 10% additional per hour.
What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?
We set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, and paved surfaces. Special anchors secure units on different terrains. Dirt surfaces incur $50-$100 cleaning fee.

Excellent company to work with. They communicated everything very clearly from the get go through delivery and pick-up. The workers that did the actual delivery were very friendly and responsive. The ordering process was easy and customer service was amazing. The sales people answered so many of my questions happily. The follow up and confirmation was timely. The guys who delivered the supplies were super friendly and willing to help ensure we were set up for the day. Take down was with ease and even offered to take our coolers back to the car!

I had a pretty good experience. You all answered my questions, and were very helpful, especially coming in within a week of my event and not only supplying the popcorn machine and supplies, but also delivering it. Very much appreciated! They did not bring the right amount of supplies, but once I notified Justin about this, he immediately had the supplies delivered. I will use and recommend San Diego Kids Party Rentals again.

San Diego Kids Rentals were great to work with. They Picked up right away, answered all my questions and gave me accurate and correct pricing. They showed up on time, set it up, and explained everything we needed to know. They came back the next day and took it down. The bounce house, music and light show all worked well. We had a great time. No problems. Would highly recommend.
