That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance or the day before your party. If this is the case, we will call you to confirm and plan a window of time for delivery.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for making my son's 1st birthday even more fun. We rented one of the obstacle courses and it was a hit with all the kids from all ages. The driver who delivered and picked up the obstacle course was quick and answered all questions we had. Thank you, Jolly Jumps! We were at a graduation party on Saturday and the host had an awesome "jousting" jumpy large boxing gloves and for lack of a better word padded sticks that you could knock another person of a pedestal with.Our Daughters party was the next day.

Give the machine a couple minutes to heat up. Or are you using an extension cord. Most extension cords will prevent the machine from getting hot enough. Make sure you are plugged directly into the wall or using a 12 gauge extension cord that is less than 25-feet. Do not double up on extension cords.
