I rented a bounce house online. The website was east to navigate and as soon as I made my reservation I got confirmation. I chose text updates which made it easy for me to know what was going on. When the crew arrived they were very polite, professional and quick. I went to grab them a water and by the time I came back it was up and running. When I came time to take it down it went just as fast. The best part was they were on time! Great over all experience.

This is our 2nd year using Jumpin Jacks for our sons birthday and it was incredible as always. We love the customer service and the options they have. Their water slides are amazing. They are super efficient and quick with pick up and drop off. We will continue to use them for future parties.

We've used Jumpin' Jacks twice for our kid's birthday parties and they are always on time (usually early!), set up is so easy and the kids have a blast. It's a great value for what you get as well- we get the jumpy, popcorn maker and then some sort of game! We highly recommend these guys and will use them for all of our kid parties

Everyone had a blast at the party. Jumpin Jacks really came through. They kept me updated via email and text message. They were on time for drop off and pick up. I was nervous because I had never rented bouncy houses before. This place is great. I rented 2 bouncy houses along with tables and chairs for my daughter's birthday party. And the best part is you can ask them questions via text. On time setup and pickup. I had a great experience. Definitely will be my first call for anything in the future! Thank you!
