The Amazing Improv Dads is a group of fathers who offer interactive G-rated entertainment. Their kids say they are pretty amazing.The "Dads" was formed early in 2003. Its creation was a response to a father's frustration at not being able to find suitable entertainment for his entire family to enjoy together.
The "Dads" pooled their talents to create this unique troupe. Cumulatively they have experience as teachers, musicians, actors, comedians, writers and more.
The business is owned by Russell Swanger, a.k.a. The Big Guy. As the leading force and principal entertainer, he recruits the other dads as the client's needs demand. Variable programming is available for an assortment of events and venues including fairs and festivals, libraries, schools, private parties and corporate functions and more.
There are many programs that can be customized to almost any event. Each one provides interaction with the audience and has the unique "Dads" influence to make it truly memorable.

Grab Bag Game Show
Report
Participants of any age get to be at the center of the hilarious activity as they demonstrate their physical agility and mental prowess! This Grab Bag Game Show allows you to include your agenda, reenforce your syllabus, stress positive character traits or just have fun. A variety of ages from 5-105 can compete against each other or team up together.
The game is a series of individual "rounds" involving trivia, memory, gross motor skills, music, teamwork, physical agility, acting, eye/hand coordination, creativity, more.
The "Dads" supply "The Works! " Including backdrop, lights, sound system, props, prizes, fun.
Cartoon Caricatures

The Big Guy will draw each of your attendees as they might look as a "TOON" in the funny papers or on TV. Each caricature is personalized and flattering including the guest's name, hobby, job, favorite food, etc. When the Big Guy draws, people stop and watch. With the optional sound system the Big Guy can provide background music to fit the occasion and his banter is broadcast over the sound system to everyone's amusement.
Create the event that fits your needs:
$150 for the first hour includes background music and wireless headworn microphone.
Add $100 for each additional hour.
Option: Add a flat fee of $50 for a colorful backdrop and lights.
If you need something different, call for a quote. For example, just The BIG Guy and his toons: $100 per hour.
Balloon Twisting Workshop

The Big Guy and his assistants demonstrate various twisting techniques while guiding your participants to create their own balloon sculptures! IT'S ZANY! IT'S FUN! Hundreds of inflated balloons are provided for your attendees. Don't worry if one pops, we have more! We'll cover several basic twists that allow the creation of an unlimited variety of sculptures.
Learn to make a simple dog, complex dog, assortment of animals, jumping mouse, banana cell phone, hats, monkey climbing a tree, astronaut, more.
Any size group. Indoors or out. Any length of time.
