Sally is an amazing balloon artist! The students at our school carnival were thrilled with their pirate swords, complete with belts, pet parrots that rode in their shoulders, crazy hats, ninja buddies. Sally will definitely be invited back!

You can always count on Silly Sally! She is reliable, dependable- the kids love her! She stuck around during a rain/windstorm that came through during her event. She (and her assistant) are troopers! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I arranged for Silly Sally to come and celebrate teachers during teacher appreciation week with 5 weeks notice. 45 minutes before she was to arrive, she called me saying she had forgotten all about it and was unable to come. VERY disappointing!
