Jenna was such a joy to work with! They showed up on time and got everything set up quickly. The bounce house a huge hit. It felt really clean and well taken care of. When they came to pick it up it was just as easy and no hassle. I highly recommend this company!

We had a fabulous experience with Let's Jump. I found the company online but from my first call with Jenna, everything was so well organized and professional. I was super impressed. I had never rented an inflatable before and she guided me through the process and answered all my questions kindly and informatively. She followed up with a detailed emailed about next steps and a text alerting me to the time our bounce house would be dropped off the night before our event.
I couldn't believe how seamless and easy the entire process was! The bounce house arrived on time and was in great condition. Process was so smooth and the kids had an absolute blast for hours! It seriously made their day! Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again! Thank you, Jenna and Let's Jump Events!

Set up and break down was on time and efficient while the employees were professional and courteous. The bounce house we rented was cleaned, good quality and perfect for a young kid's birthday party. I'll definitely rent from this company again and would recommend them to others.
