Very disappointed with my nephews birthday party. Place is for toddlers and all the kids wasn't able to play. Staff was rude and rushed us out early! Absolutely do not recommend, not even to my worst enemy! As you see from the disrespect and tone of your response that you have no class. My child was under your restrictions and still under able to play. Your building is disgusting and we will be spending our experience with everyone we know. Good luck

I took my toddler here to burn some energy. Our mission was accomplished. The price is reasonable and the open door policy is very nice. The restrooms were also clean. However, there was just something that felt off and musty? My son had fun so I am happy, but I suggest some professionalism and themed decorations.

This is a very clean facility. Lots of different bounce houses for the children to go into. There are limited things to do for the small children under 4. Everyone seem to be very friendly there. There were no stains on the carpet which shows that there are no drink no food policy outside of a designated area is working. It's a little noisy inside with all the motors running keeping everything inflated.

My 3 year old had a great time! I only wish the place weren't so dark. The lighting isn't great in the space and some of the bouncy houses were quite dim. Some of the decor is a bit shabby and it kinda feels like you are in a warehouse. But the kids seem to like it

This was under Trudy Thompson reservation, the nicest staff I've seen in a long time. They make sure the children have a great time. Very accommodating for all. I usually don't do a review, but I felt like these people really deserved a great review. Great place!

My 6 year old niece was staying with me and we brought her here. We found out there was a nerf wars, but she has to take medication during the time and has a restricted diet. They let me come back to give her the medicine and were very helpful with her dietary restrictions. Also she was crying because she felt overwhelmed and the owner's daughters came over to sit with her and make her feel better. It was so nice. I am definitely bringing her when she comes back and my son once he is old enough to bounce.
