Starting fees Group A: $75 and Group B: $50 will be paid to host track and added to purse. The purse will be distributed as follows: 50-25-12-8-5 if five starters or more; 50-25-15-10 if four starters; 60-30-10 if three starters; 65-35 if two starters; and 100 in case of a walkover. The point system used towards determining championship horses will be 35-25-15-10-8-5-4-2 per the order of finish. Must have a minimum of five starts to be eligible for the championship. Only points earned in Group A are eligible for the fair finals.
Livestock

The Livestock Department near gate 5 on Avenue "F" is ready to welcome you to the 165th edition of the Bloomsburg Fair. Geisinger has sponsored the Livestock area teaming with us to help educate the public on the nutritional side of the products. We are excited to continue sharing with you mutton busting (kids riding sheep, like featured at rodeos) in our Bissingers Apple Dumplings Livestock Outdoor Ring (Except Tuesday & Thursday). Daily mutton busting signups for the children will take place at the outdoor ring.

Each year, there are many opportunities to work for the Bloomsburg Fair during the week of Fair. If you are looking to work for an individual vendor, we ask that you contact that Vendor directly. You can drop it off Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm at the Main Office or mail it to 620 W. Third Street, Bloomsburg, PA 17815 / or Fax it to 570-387-4140 / or email it to: admissions@bloomsburgfair.com.
