Michaels Party Rentals was founded in 2000 as a small tent rental operation by Michael Linton and his brother Ryan. Over two decades, we've grown into a full-service event rental company operating year-round from our 22,000-square-foot facility in Palmer, Massachusetts. Our inventory includes over 100 tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, staging, and lighting to accommodate events of all sizesfrom intimate backyard gatherings to large-scale weddings and corporate functions. Owner Michael Linton remains deeply involved in daily operations, personally overseeing event planning consultations and emergency support.We maintain a dedicated washing and hanging area to ensure all equipment remains clean and presentable for every client. I've worked at Michaels for 8 years so when I got engaged there was no questions on who was going to handle my wedding rentals. I personally saw how their crew invested into protecting their products, handled them with care and took pride in their job. I moved out of state shortly after getting engaged so all my planning was done remote. Both Nicole and Alyssa were very professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire planning process. (Which involved two postponements and three season changes due to covid.) Throughout all of these changes, they were always quick to answer all my questions and made the many adjustments to my order a breeze.
When it came down to the finals days prior to the wedding, they reached out and confirmed my order making sure I didn't forget any final details. The delivery crew was wonderful and made sure everything was accounted for and in pristine condition. If you're looking for rentals for your big day, Michael's is the only company to use!

We had such a great experience with Michaels. We completely changed our wedding plans just a four weeks before the big day due to COVID. Michaels provided our tent, tables, chairs, glassware, and linens. Alyssa was so amazing to work with and very knowledgeable. Everything went so smoothly during planning. The crew that came to set up was really efficient and clearly well-educated on what to do! Overall, we had a very positive experience! Would use Michael's again!

Used Michael's Party Rentals for our daughter's backyard wedding. They were easy to work with. Very flexible with changes. Prompt delivery and pick up. Quality tent, tables, chairs. Courteous and helpful employees! I would definitely (and have already) recommend Michael's Party Rentals!
