Julie Burleson, founder of YCA, believes this is the perfect recipe for showing children cooking is a lifelong skill that can be artistic, creative, and fun.

Weekly Classes at Young Chefs Academy are the perfect place for students to develop, build upon, and sharpen their culinary skills as they progress through our structured program week by week. Planned around a unique monthly theme, each class is an entirely new experience that incorporates culinary skills that build upon each other to progress over time into more complex food preparation and presentation. Our weekly curriculum will immerse young chefs in a world of culinary creativity and discovery.
