I have been using Durants for over five years. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Their prices are reasonable. I am always able get what I need, even at the last moment. I miss them being in New Windsor but I will travel to their other offices because I am pleased with their services.

Used Durant's for wedding rentals July 2020 during pandemic. Had no choice but to hold reception in our yard. Worked with Lynn who was very helpful. Everything went off without a hitch. Our only complaint is that the chairs were mostly dirty and many had stickers stuck to them which we had to do our best to remove. All in all it was a good experience.

Great experience from start to finish. We had a small wedding in our back yard - a tent, two tables, linens, chairs, and an arbor. I got a quote almost immediately, the reservation was easy, everything was delivered and set up the day before as promised (a little late in the day, but that was OK for my timing), and it all looked great. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The only very minor inconvenience was that the tent wasn't picked up until the following weekend.
One crew came for the tables, chairs, etc. a couple of days after the event, but by the end of the week the tent was still up. But I sent one email about it on Friday evening, got a reply early Saturday, and the tent was gone by Saturday afternoon.
