I have used Idaho Inflatables for several events, most notably the TVDSA Buddy Walk for five years, and have always been impressed with their generosity and professionalism.

Delivery driver showed up earlier than we agreed on and then acted impatient with us and tried to plug the bounce house into the outlet. Which is expressly against Boise City Parks rules. When he came back to pickup, he kicked our preschool age children out without talking to any adults or even letting us know he was there. I don't appreciate strangers ordering my little children around. Unfortunately he wasn't professional and made the experience disappointing.

We've rented from ID Inflatables two years in a row for my son's birthday, and it's been an awesome experience! They take care of setup and takedown completely, and the bounce houses are clean and in great condition.

I rented a bouncehouse waterside combo for my daughters birthday and I was really impressed. The kids had a total blast! Delievery was early and set up was super fast. Our tech Logan was very kind and courteous. He even made a point to wish my kid a happy birthday. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to throw a fun party!
