Operations Assistant

Shawn has worked with EJP Events since 2018, bringing 12 years of hospitality experience. He manages event communications, graphic design, and technical solutions. His background includes hospitality management and independent publishing, contributing to creative event documentation.

Josie Masri

Event Coordinator

Josie joined EJP Events in 2022, combining catering and property management experience with event coordination. She handles sales through onsite coordination and also serves as a conference coordinator for international events. Her diverse background enhances client service delivery.

I worked with EJP Events on a 450-person gala fundraiser for the nonprofit that I work for, and it was a wonderful experience working with EJP! They were thorough, prompt, professional, and good at creatively solving problems as they arose. I would recommend EJP Events to anyone who is planning a large event - the experience was wonderful and my staff colleagues, supporters, and donors were all very impressed with the quality of our event. Emee and her team had great staffing at the event and skillfully coordinated all of our many shifting logistics for months leading up to the event.

When we encountered obstacles, they handled them. When we needed to make changes, they cheerfully accommodated them. EJP has a "Can-do" attitude and they're both pragmatic and realistic about setting expectations while finding a way to get everything done. I'm so glad that we worked with EJP and they're at the top of my list for event planning in the future.

I am so thankful that I had Emee at EJP Events as my wedding planner, I truly could not have done it without her! I asked her about a million questions along the way and she was so kind and patient with me every step of the way. The last few weeks before my wedding could have been so stressful, but I knew Emee had it all under control. The day of my wedding I literally did not have to think about or worry about one single thing. All of the other vendors commented to me how amazing it was to be working with her. Emee and her team were amazing. If I can give them more stars I would. They did everything they could to ensure we had our dream wedding. She was calm, professional and flexible with all of our requests. The day of the wedding, it felt like she was multiple places at once, and was thinking alongside or ahead of us to make sure that we did not need to worry about anything. Choosing her as our wedding coordinator was one of the best choices we made to ensure that we were able to enjoy our wedding.
