The most disorganized party I had ever hosted or attended. The party helper was very inexperienced. Keep disappearing. The pizza came 45min late. The party time was over and pizza was not still there. I had to go and follow up with director multiple times. Guests started leaving without cake and pizza. So I decided to go with cake first. I needed knife and to light the candle but the party helper was no where to be found.
The director finally came to help. We were in Woburn before and they were very organized. Woburn location would make sure to sanitize kids hands. He even with COVID they didn't do it. It was such a stressful experience for me. They did not charge pizza cost to make up.

They are not updating their working hours. We've arrived at 9, everything is closed, no door posting. Kids are very disappointed. After checking their website found in the very bottom of the page they today they'll open at 1pm. Why not to update hours on Google maps and post a note on a door?

So we were sooo excited for our daughtes 8th party here. At almost $400 for an hour and a half, we expected EXCELLENCE! Instead we were rushed and moved along so that the next party could come in. They get a half hour in one jumping room and then they have you leave to go to the other side for a half hour then you have to go into the party room where we had lunch and cake. We were quickly ruched to have cake and basically MOVE on.
The kids were so upset they couldn't just more and even when we tried to pay more, we were told no. They were rude and I regret spending my more here! We finished the party at a park near by and opened gifts as the establishment takes them at the door and puts them away untill you leave. How are you supposed to know who they came from.not everyone brings cards. Don't waste your money here!

So much fun for all ages! We attended a birthday party for about 40+ people, in every age bracket, and all had a great time! The only challenge was trying to squeeze that many people comfortably into the party room for the cake-everyone was stepping on each other because we couldn't get around.

Great place for 4 year old birthday party! Great assortment of bounce houses, slides, climbing wall, foam pit, foosball, dodgeball, etc. We selected the 1.5 hrs party and it was a good length of time. We could bring in most of our own food and they provide helpers to set up/ clean up. The kids had a blast and there is plenty of room for adults to join in or just watch.
