Services
Vegas Time personnel are positioned at the front doors of the 'casino' (ballroom, house foyer, etc.) where they will hand out funny-money to each player in attendance. Traditionally, each player receives 50,000 worth of funny money. Minimum bets at the tables range from 500 to 2,000. Players may then proceed to any gaming table where they can exchange their 'bills' for gaming chips.

I was online searching for a casino rental company for my mom's 70th birthday party and came across three different companies. I selected Vegas Time because of the fair pricing, excellent customer service, and package deal. Todd Coleman and his staff were nothing short of excellent. Todd and Chris arrived early and because I was so busy with decor, the two decided the best layout for the event and were ready.

The entire staff was professional, interacted with guests, and was a pleasure to work with it. The look of the event setup had the feel of a real casino and guests had so much fun, I am looking to bring Vegas Time Associates back for another casino event. Thank you Todd for an excellent event!

Our local organization hired Vegas Time to help us with our casino night-themed annual holiday party. Todd Coleman not only gave us a fair price, but was so easy to work with. Something that is very important to me when working with others is response time, and Todd was always extremely quick to respond to my many emails. He and his dealers were funny, entertaining, and engaging during the event and very patient with teaching people how to play the different games. I highly recommend Vegas Time for anyone looking to host a casino night.

I attended a corporate "casino night" party and Vegas Time was the vendor they used for all the gambling and games. I was REALLY impressed! Equipment was top-notch and the dealers were a hoot and really knew their stuff. The craps table was the highlight of the night, even though the majority of us didn't know how to play (dealer taught us as we went along). I'm not sure how the company is to deal with business-wise but as a guest playing on these tables it was really enjoyable - everyone was going bananas over all the games.

No stars. I had a strong verbal agreement with the owner, I told him we were going to use him, and would contact him the next day to finalize the proposal and money. Initially, he sent the proposal to the wrong email address. I kept telling him we were going to utilize their business only to get an email the following day telling me that he gave our day away and he was no longer available.

I understand to a point, but wouldn't a better business practice to give me, the first customer, a courtesy phone call, or even email, before giving our day away. I suspect the other customer was worth more money then what we were ordering. So uncool. If you use this business, I hope they give you more respect and/or show up the day they are supposed to be there for your event.

My wife and I recently evaluated a number different vendors and selected Vegas Time Associates for our pre-wedding party (the night before the wedding). During our evaluation process, Todd allowed us to drop into another party's scheduled event before they started and to review the set up. It was very nice and the dealers looked professional.

When reviewing the pricing, they beat out the other four vendors we reviewed. Therefore we selected them. Because we booked a year out, Todd said we had up to the day of the event to make any changes we needed as well as pay the balance that may be due. We ended up adding an hour as well as paying our balance up 2 months before. Throughout the period leading up to our event, there was no hassle for funds, no questions that went unanswered, or any issues.

Communication was great! The day before our event, logistics were taken care of and the Vegas Time Associates team arrived 2 hours early. (We had 2 16 foot Craps table/ 3 black jack tables/1 roulette table/2 poker tables and our event went for 5 hours) They set up the room with the other vendors and were very professional. Our event went on and was awesome!

We had about 100-150 people come and loved the idea. The staff educated folks on their play, paid out like you would at a real casino and were great! We owed it to Vegas Time Associates to make sure folks heard how well they were for our pre wedding party.

We used Vegas time for our company awards banquet and it was a hit. Staff was polite and professional and set up was very authentic. Felt like we were in Atlantic city or Vegas! Would definitely recommend them in the future for a casino night! Enjoy!
