Uptown Valet And Transportation

Uptown Valet provided valet for our wedding at Woodbine Mansion in February 2020! I have been in the events industry for almost 8 years and knew when I got married the team at Uptown Valet would take such good care of us - like they have for all of my clients over the past years! Nick, Bobby, and of course Arrington are so wonderful and professional to work with.

They always go above and beyond and make our lives so much easier from the planning side of things. As a bride, I knew my guests would be greeted and taken care of so perfectly as they arrived and departed the wedding and I couldn't appreciate them more! Thank you Uptown for making my life always so much easier!

Uptown Valet & Transportation is top notch! We rented a Bentley and Limobus for our wedding. Our trip took us back and forth from the church in South Austin to the Hyatt Regency. The bus with the wedding party made it to the church with perfect timing. When it was time to come back, the bus had a belt break, so some of the wedding party had to catch rides back to the Hyatt as Uptown sent a sprinter.

The sprinter was not large enough to transport all of the wedding party, and it took time to get there. Luckily, we were able to get everyone back to the wedding reception on time. When the owner of the company heard what happened, he reached out to make everything right. They did a partial refund and also offered a night out in one of their black cars. Things happen and they did everything they could to make it right.

Thank you for your excellent service Uptown! Their limousine service in Austin, Tx is definitely the one to go with. They will go above and beyond to take care of you! Two thumbs up!

We had a Gala event downtown at the Bob Bullock State Museum and Uptown Valet was professional and delivered a high quality service. I highly recommend them!

I booked a SUV to take us to the Circuit of the Americas and then pick us up afterwards. What a game changer! We had a blast and it was nice not having to worry or wait for a ride. The driver was very professional and and the car was super clean. When he picked us back up, the driver had recleaned it from our trip out and replaced all the complimentary water bottles. It was more convenient, less worry, and the whole party can have fun!

We hosted a downtown condo tour for Austin's Elite 25 and Uptown Valet was awesome. Hernando was early and did a phenomenal job keeping us on track. Our bus was exceptional and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Uptown Valet for your transportation needs in Austin.

Used Uptown for Airport service for a very early Saturday morning flight, the driver showed up earlier than he had to, helped me get my bags into the car (my knees aren't in as good as condition as they once were!) and got me to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Would recommend this company for anyone's chauffeur needs!

My company hired Uptown Valet recently for a large dinner party in downtown Austin. We host a quarterly event with guests from across the nation so there are several logistics involved. The company (Arrington & Jackson, specifically) provided reliable and speedy service for 100+ guests and made it painless. Correspondence/payment was very easy, and every phone call or email was returned right away.

The valets did a great job taking care of guests during the event; they addressed safety concerns and pick-up/drop-off locations without needing my direction at all. I always appreciate event staff that can address challenging situations that may arise throughout the evening without needing much direction so that I can manage other aspects of the event. I would recommend them for various types of occasions.

Just had a great experience with Uptown Valet! We rented a van that fit 22 people. It came decked out with an ice chest, party lights, flat screen tvs, surround sound with access to radio, Pandora, and a personal iPhone. Our driver was no less than amazing! He loaded and unloaded all our heavy coolers, bags, and noodles. There's tons of space to put your personal bags and trunk space for whatever you want. I'd highly recommend Uptown Valet for any big group occasion you want to make memorable!

Yesterday was my wife's birthday and to enhance such a special occasion, it was her first night out after giving birth to our daughter last month! We had dinner reservations, and I felt that getting a limo to take us there and back would really help make this special day more memorable. Uptown Valet came highly recommended from people I know and they even found a way to exceed our expectations.

The car came 20 minutes early, which I appreciated, and when my wife stepped outside to see the limo, she almost wept! Even though I was the surpriser, they found a way to surprise me with a bottle of champagne inside. Our driver, Jacob was such a nice guy and so dutiful! He told us to text him when the waiter gave us the check, and he was right there waiting for us outside the restaurant impressing the other patrons wondering who's limo it was.

I am no celebrity, but Uptown Valet surely made us feel like big shots last night and played a major role in giving my wife a birthday she'll never forget! I look forward to the next special occasion I can hire them again.

First of all, they were the best deal in town, offered exactly what I wanted, I didn't have to pay for more than I needed. My friend was in town and we wanted to have reliable transportation that was clean and comfortable. Uptown was great! They sent me email confirmations. Will, our driver, notified me when he was on his way. He was on time (even a few minutes early). He was a good driver, very polite, and did a perfect job! I will absolutely use Uptown again and recommend them in the future!

These guys are great. Arrington is 110% service oriented and delivers on his promises. Spencer (our driver) did a great job and had a great sense of humor with our group. I'm definitely using them for my group transportation needs in the future. I highly recommend calling them for your next trip! James

Uptown Valet was awesome! So accommodating and easy to work with. I had a wedding and contacted several valet companies. Arrington was very professional, called and emailed promptly and gave a really fair price. I wanted special 'wedding valet' signs that he let me drop off to him earlier in the week, and they brought them to the venue for me. So nice! I would use them again and again.
