A friend of a friend recommended Tio Fiesta, and I am so happy she did so. I recently hired Tio Fiesta for my daughter's high school graduation party. First of all their prices were very reasonable, but most importantly their staff was wonderful. They were very courteous, professional, attentive to my needs and punctual. Our party was a huge success, and our guests were so impressed with the party decorations that they kept asking who I hired. Needless to say, I gave Tio Fiesta great publicity and I will definitely hire them for future events.

Exceptional customer service! Beautiful delivery for my 4 years old dinosaur party. Julio was extremely patient with all my request. Very attentive to my needs. It was the first party I ever organized for my son and I had ZERO stress. They listened to my needs and delivered. On the event day I was nervous and anxious for how everything would turned out, but I am extremely happy I choose tio fiesta.
Everything went so well. I actually enjoy the party like never before. I highly recommend them. Price are fair and delivery is on point. Thank you tio fiesta for making my son so happy but most importantly for making me enjoy his special day.

Tio Fiesta host two evens for us. As a company we were so please with the services that we received from Tio Fiesta, the services were great and all of my staffs we happy. I must say that I am glad that I used them for my events. I am going to continue to use Tio Fiesta for all future events. I am a very Happy Customer!

Please DO NOT hire these company. They ruined my party. First of all they make you sign a contract were you CANNOT dispute any charges, even if they do not complied with the services. My party was scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM.The Company arrived late. They were supposed to deliver the tables at 1 PM (these arrived at 6:45 PM) actually some of my guests arrived early than the tables.
It was a Christmas party (white-red theme) they only sent the white tablecloth and they never sent the red covers or napkins. Through the Company itself I hired a Chef to prepared a seafood PAELLA, he arrived late, at 8:40 PM. The Server(s) arrived equally as late, not properly dressed or groomed. Numerous times I called the company directly, while the tables were being set up and the staff was arriving late.
I thought I was going to die of a heart attack out of frustration. My guests were even joking about ordering pizza, a total nightmare. My party was December 23, this company was supposed to pick up the tables, dirty dishes, glasses, cooking pots, etc. the next day ( Dec 24) they never came back until Dec 27. I spent the weekend of Christmas Eve, with a terrible fish smell and flies all over my garden. This company, TIO FIESTA is a SCAM!

A friend of mine recommended Tio Fiesta for an event I was having (a bridal shower). My friend said because of the new ownership, I would be quite satisfied and have a successful event! So said so done! I had a wonderful experience. Every little detail for my event was taken care of from start to finish. The customer service throughout the entire process was excellent!
What really stood out to me was the Tio Fiesta's consultants new the latest trends and had great suggestions to help me plan the bridal shower. My biggest concern was clean up after the event and that was handled so promptly and professionally! I will definitely return to Tio Fiesta for my next event and would certainly be recommending them to friends and family!

Our experience with Tio Fiesta was the best; they offered us an outstanding service for our party; they provided everything we requested with the best quality, very punctual in their deliveries and very courteous in the way they treated us.
