My company held our first annual summer picnic at Vasa Park in 2019. There are so many great things to say. Love the privacy of an enclosed area, the games, the food, all of the details that goes into planning an event were just perfect. BUT, all of the success was undoubtedly as a result of our amazing party planner, Gigi. She was SO helpful in walking us through all of the options, making recommendations, and making sure that our event went smoothly.
I really appreciated her being so flexible and patient with us as we navigated through all the "what ifs" of our first annual picnic. She was so attentive, had a wonderful "can do" attitude, and was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Team Play, and I highly recommend Gigi!

We have been using Team Play Events for the last the few years for our Annual Picnic. Team Play Events is such a breeze to work with and definitely helps us stay in budget while still providing great quality of service (thank you Erin!). Their games coordinator Trevor is awesome and has adults and children playing all the games. We will definitely continue to work with Team Play Events for future picnics!

I recently worked with TeamPlay for our company picnic, the event manager that we worked with was Gigi. Let me say, Gigi was AMAZING! We were on a tight budget and Gigi worked with us to make sure we didn't go over budget. She even helped us source a location. We had very strict requirements on location and Gigi was able to find the perfect spot for us.
Throughout the process, she was easy to get a hold of and was extremely transparent with us. On the day of the event, we didn't have to do anything! Gigi and her team took care of everything from set up, permits, registration, music. etc. We were able to kick back and enjoy the party. If you're planning a party or need an events team, I would highly recommend Gigi and her team. We had nothing but positive reviews from attendees after the party.

My company has used Team Play Events for years, but I have only recently been the organizer rather than just a guest. I have to tell you, other than a few phone calls and writing a check there really isn't much difference. They handle EVERYTHING. And, with professionalism and smiles all around. Michelle has great ideas, trust her suggestions.
If you happen to get Erin and Michael as your coordinator and Emcee, your guests AND YOU will have a fun day. The recent addition of Foodie Booths just made a good thing better. So many good options. This year we had Casita de Comida Tacos, Twisted Tots and Grilled Sweeties for dessert. I already have my choices for next year.

Three years in a row of using Team Play Events for our annual Family & Friends picnic, and I don't see us changing vendors anytime soon. The staff at Team Play that we've worked with are very attentive and will customize the event to your preference as much as possible. Also, they will take notes on what can be improved for the following year to ensure that our event is always fun and carefree.

I had my 50th Mermaid bday bash at Camp Keystone with the Wet & Wild Waterslide Party. My daughter went to camp here. So I was already familiar and impressed with the campus. Team Play Events handled all the details and the party was perfect for the adults and kids. The food was delicious, they had music, a bar, lifeguards, pool toys, and we had the Mermaid.
I was able to relax and enjoy the party and my guests and even braved the 274 ft waterslide twice. I would highly recommend Team Play Events. Special thanks to Alana who helped me plan my party!

Awful! 6-days before our annual corporate event, Team Play sent us an email to share that our location at the beach was no longer available. They confirmed with us on July 24th and now am going back on their word. We have over 120 employees who have RSVP'ed to the event along with some leadership flying in. We are completely disappointed and will not use them again.

My company used Team Play for our company picnic this past weekend and I would highly recommend them! We worked with Gigi and Michael. They not only took care of all the planning details, but brought plenty of event staff the day of so my team did not have to do anything except have fun. Last year we used a different company and there was still a lot of work on our end.

I recently held an event here for my business networking group and it was a great time. The event was very well staffed and everyone was friendly. The management was helpful with saving some money from last minute changes. The venue is beautiful with large trees and there is plenty to keep guests busy. The food was great for a picnic and good quality. We'll be going back!

I recently hired Team Play to provide carnival games and staffing for a school carnival. Nina and Casey came out the week before to survey the area and go over our options for set up. Recently my wife and I had a birthday party for my daughter and Team Play provided some entertainment for the party. We have a big back yard and we ordered a big tree house slide and a foam canon. I would have given the company a 5 stars except I found the prices to on the high side although I must say the inflatable tree house slide was really terrific. This may be a case where you get what you pay for. Anyways, if you are looking for some fun stuff for a party you might want to check them out.
