Summit will not disappoint! I hired Summit for my black tie wedding in Palm Springs. We drove to Orange county for a tasting and we knew they were the company for us right away. The food was delicious and the staff was warm, friendly, and organized! Pam, our event coordinator, was awesome! She was always available for a quick phone call for questions.

She even drove out to Palm Springs to check out the venue before our big day to make sure everything went smoothly. SO many of our guests talked about how much they loved the food! Presentation was lovely and price was very reasonable. Everything went perfectly as planned. I would 1000% recommend Summit.

We had to find a caterer for our wedding pretty last minute. Pam was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. The Summit team was very organized, took care of the champagne ahead of the toast, prepared the plates for me and groom, etc. It's the little things that make Summit a 5-star caterer. After a year and a half of my company (along with 99% of other companies in the world) operating in a 'new to us' full-time remote environment - we finally had the opportunity to gather in person on a beautiful day in Los Angeles. You would think it would be easy to locate a catering company that needed and wanted the business, but let me tell you.it was a challenge.

Finally Google and Yelp prevailed and Summit Event Catering popped up in my searches. Naturally i had about 3 weeks to plan a small corporate event for about 25 individuals. We expected to get something simple like a hot dogs and hamburgers BBQ. Once Summit came into the picture, our expectations were beyond met and exceeded. Not only was my event coordinator, Neda extremely attentive, friendly, present and responsive - she gave me everything i needed to make this event a huge success.

Aside from Neda and Jackie ensuring my every need was attended to, THEY BROUGHT THEIR OWN KITCHEN! We weren't subjected to "banquet" style foods that sat in warming trays for 3 hours. We had a Chef ONSITE cooking for my team! there was even this mini wall to conceal the cooking activities, but naturally we all wanted to "take a peak" and watch this go down! Filet mignon - delicious and cooked to a perfect med-well. Salmon - so tender and juicy steamed veggies - they weren't soggy! they we a perfect al dente Poke appetizer - so fresh! potato croquettes - crispy, cheesy and oh so yummy! candied bacon - I mean, who ever complains about bacon?

One of my employees wanted an entire plate of it! To the point where one of the servers always approached him before pulling the tray for a fresh snack. Even my CEO's kiddos in attendance loved the chicken fingers and fries that were made for them! If all of Summit's event staff are as amazing as the team that served my team and I, you're in perfect hands! Neda even assisted us in finding a local traveling bartender to serve at our event as well as a last minute connection have additional tables and chairs delivered and setup for us.

I just had to sit and watch everyone put everything in place and tear it down, I didn't need to panic that something wasn't getting done. I relaxed and had a glass of wine while everyone else did the heavy lifting. The icing on the cake is that a few days post-event, the owner of the company had called to see if i had any feedback to provide on our event.

In all the years I've hosted and organized events - the most I have ever gotten was an automated email requesting my thoughts and a 1-10 score to provide. Clearly the owner of this company wants to ensure his team is carrying out his vision. I will definitely be reaching out to Neda and the Summit team for any catered events I need in the future, and YOU SHOULD TOO!

This is an updated review. Although Veronica was of no help left a negative impression on me about the catering services, Neda went above and beyond. She was patient and easy to talk to. If you are looking to work with this catering company, speak with Neda! She's the best!

I would like to comment on your company's excellent service which enabling us to have a great party last Saturday, 07/24/21. End up the lightening helped to enhance the festive atmosphere. The location and the food are perfect. Every one loved the food. Some commented that it even tastes better than the food in the restaurant. The staff members were very helpful, pleasant, and polite which also helped.

By the way, the worker came this morning to take away all the tables and supply. We are very pleased with your company and definitely would like to contact you in the future when we will hold the "annual client appreciation event". Thank you again for your help.

Summit Event Catering is an amazing catering company. They did a fantastic job on all aspects of the catering for my wedding. Summit Event Catering did an excellent job at our intimate wedding dinner celebration yesterday! When we called in to receive a quote, Pam got back to us right away and was beyond helpful when choosing our meals within our budget. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how elegant the dishes looked and how delicious each course was! The professionalism and kindness of the staff were exceptional! Best catering company by far! We will definitely be hiring them again for other future events.

I cannot even begin to describe how thrilled and satisfied we were that we went with Summit Event for our wedding! With the pandemic, my husband and I wanted to ensure all our vendors had thorough safety protocols in place and Summit went above and beyond our expectations. Summit Event Catering went above and beyond for my husband and I. After going around to different catering companies, the minute that we spoke on the phone with Pamela, we knew that we would go with Summit Event Catering. The whole experience that we had was amazing. When my husband and I went to go to the tasting, we were blown away with the attention to detail the chef put into his dishes.

After going home and having our family try the food, they were also blown away. Coming from a family who LOVES to eat, Pamela helped us create a menu that made everyone so happy for our wedding. Even people that are usually very picky were not able to stop eating because everyone was just that delicious. Thank you so much Summit Event Catering, you guys are the best!

There's NO greater catering company out there. Our wedding was 4 years ago and every year I can not celebrate without celebrating the hard work and dedication of this team. Everything was outstanding, the quality of the food was top notch, the attention to detail was above and beyond. Even four years later my guests still tell me it's the best food at a party let alone a wedding that they've ever had.

AMAZING FINE-DINING CATERING SERVICE! Impeccable service, absolutely delicious food and menu preparation, a truly professional team. We chose Summit for our event in Sept 2020, a small intimate micro-wedding ceremony held outdoors at a private residence. Working with Summit, and in particular Event Producer Pamela, was an absolute pleasure. Her and her team's attention to detail and personalization was superb.

They delivered a full service on-site catering experience for us and our guests that was elegant, flavorful and with much attention to care and safety. The fact that they have been able to operate during these crisis times is a testament to their skill; helping to prove it is still possible to celebrate life's precious moments safely! We hired the Summit Catering team for our 14 person MicroWedding on Halloween in Newport Beach. First off, the initial pre-wedding tasting at their test kitchen was so fun where we tasted our way through their vast array of menu items. At the actual wedding event, all of the food was delectably delicious! Still thinking about the macadamia nut crusted halibut, short ribs, ahi tuna, sliders, iced tea, that bacon (omg) and everything else!

Every person on their team was super nice and the overall service/hospitality was very professional and top notch. Thank you Summit for helping to make our big day so special and memorable! We will definitely reach out again when we are in need of your services for future events.

Honestly, 5 stars is not enough to express how amazing this company is! Summit was the bright shining star in the midst of this gloomy covid season. Initially, I had planned for a 250 person buffet wedding, but all that changed with the new covid guidelines. I had already paid half of the down payment when the new guidelines came out, but Pam helped us re-allocate the funds to fit our new 30 person backyard wedding.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Food was #1 on my priority list and Summit delivered! Appetizers were fresh and filling- we had to tell people to save room for dinner! The prime rib and shrimp were delicious! We also got late night hot dogs as a snack, which everyone loved! Everyone on their staff is so professional and made sure everyone was taken care of.

They set up, flipped my backyard from the ceremony to reception area, and cleaned up toNone of my friends or family had to lift a finger! Pam was such a blessing to work with. She made everything go smoothly and I'd trust her with any event I throw in the future. Can't recommend them more!

There are not enough ways to express my gratitude for the work that Tyler Huff and the team at Summit Events Catering put into making our wedding day special. We were originally getting married in Maine but, Covid changed things and we wanted to keep the date, so the wedding in California was pretty last minute. From the very beginning they went above and beyond building our confidence in their ability to deliver our vision for our wedding day.

A few of the ways they did that was with constant communication, flexibility (even last minute changes), and having the willingness to go the extra mile. Tyler actually went the extra mile, or 40, and saved the day by going to get the wedding cake we forgot to pick up across town. The food definitely deserves a shout out! Due to covid we weren't able to try the food before the wedding day, but we were very pleased with everything we selected.

And lastly, when the wedding was all said and done we heard from the owner of Summit Events Catering congratulating us and to make sure we were happy with the services provided. I'm so glad I decided to order our thanksgiving meals from Summit. Spoken to Veronica several times and she was fantastic! I had nothing but good feedback from my family about the foods! I used to work here and used to like working for this company until this cook told the chef to not schedule me to work. I'm guessing the chef would also buy drugs from the only cook I ever seen with a bmw

Summit delivered in more ways than one and everyone loved the food and service! Summit exceeds are expectations with a friendly, polished and caring staff that knows hospitality. Last week with little notice they came through for us (Niagara Bottling) and provided hot delicious lunches for 350+ team members all week long and they made it happen again for us a second week with hot fresh food that was specially packed up for us to prevent any direct contact and staying safe with food. What I LOVE about Summit is they cook on-site and I honestly feel this makes a huge difference with freshness and quality of the food they create.

Veronica, you are outstanding! Thank you for taking such good care of us and guiding us through the entire way. You and SARAH always made yourselves available. The 2 of you went above and beyond the normal expectations and with a smile on your face the entire time! We worked with Debbie, she was kind and so easy to work with. The food was great and was very customizable. The attractive Staff were extremely professional and new how to take initiative. Even though the neighbors were informed of the Dinner Party, one neighbor through a temper tantrum. He was very hostile to the Staff, but they blew out the fire and we did not even know until after the event was over. Lastly, they left leaving everything spotless. 10000% use Summit for any event.

I made several attempts to contact Veronica to inquire about catering for my wedding since Summit Catering was highly recommended by my venue. She never called or emailed back after i left two voicemails. I called the general number and the person I spoke to informed me that I would have to speak with Veronica as she is the representative who covers our venue.

To not even get a call back or be able to get a quote is just bad business. Needless to say I no longer even want a quote from this company which is unfortunate for them as we're looking at a $20k+ price tag for catering this event.

We learned about Summit Event Catering from our good friend, who also used them for her wedding. The company - and Pamela (who we directly worked with) - blew us away. Pamela was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She was clearly knowledgeable and truly cared for us as a couple, ensuring that we knew all our options, saving us money where she could, and sharing tidbits of advice from her many years in this industry.

Multiple times she eased our concerns, especially my wife whose anxiety was through the roof many times over in this process. Although initially hard to schedule (given we were living across the country), the taste testing was phenomenal and gave a great view of what to expect at the wedding. The day of the event also went incredibly well. Our guest were taken care of and loved the amazing food.

I assure you nobody went hungry. The staff was also very professional and really made our wife and I feel special throughout the night. There is no doubt that Summit Event Catering has ample experience in this industry. We have recommended them to our friends and family.

We were at a marriage seminar in Fullerton and we're impressed enough with the food (the vegan option worked with my allergies) that I actually got their business card. There seemed like about 1,000-2,000 people, but the portions were way bigger than I expected: this lunch did not disappoint.
