We used Spring Party Rentals for all three of my kids' birthday parties these last few months and they were fantastic to work with every time! All the inflatables, tables, and chairs that we rented were in great condition and thoroughly cleaned. Everyone that we communicated with from their front office and setup/tear-down crew were courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. Our most recent party had to be postponed twice due to weather and they rescheduled with no questions asked. We will continue to use them for future parties!

I threw a last minute party for my son and when most other waterslide rental places were all booked up, Spring Party Rentals saved the day! They even had a few options to choose from! They did not charge for delivery like some other companies do, and they were competitively priced. The person I spoke with to book the slide was super nice and friendly. The gentlemen that came to set up and later pick up were very friendly and quick. I will use them again in the future and would highly recommend this business!

Exceeded expectations! Reservations made online. Received confirmation email. The day before the event (kids bday party), received a text confirming drop off time and location. Deliver crew showed up about 2 hours before event, set up the huge water slide in about 30 min and returned on time for pick. All went off without a hitch! Kids loved the 20' tall water slide! Equipment was clean and worked great! Pricing was very competitive! We will definitely be using Spring Party Rentals again for the next bday party! Highly recommend!

I spent almost $1,000 for the slide. First they were 5 hours late than they set it up under a tree so we had to move it. Than the slide kept coming apart. My daughter almost broke her back when she went down and there was a 2-3 foot gap between the 2 parts of the slide. We had to shut down the slide because it was unsafe and dangerous. So the main attraction for my daughters birthday was a waste and I wasted almost $1,000.

When I brought it to the attention of the owners they didn't really care about the safety of the children they just wanted my money. This is the worst company ever very irresponsible and a lot of negligence So funny I have to edit my review cause you won't answer any of my messages. You are a liar. Your " crew" was late cause they were messed up on something and your " crew" never set it up I did!

They unrolled it attached 2 white drums told me to fill it up and plug it in that's it and left! So I did as I was told by your crew Also on me getting it early that's cause y'all didn't want to drop it off Saturday nor did y'all want to pick it up til Sunday again your a fat Liar! Also the $80 refund you tried to give me is a joke!

Spring Party Rentals is a great company. We have used them twice in the past year and both times were great experiences. Set up and take down was done quickly and professionally. Our kids had a blast!

Very unprofessional! I've spent way too much money to receive the lack of communication and poor service from this company. Their delivery crew dropped off equipment without setting it up nor telling me how to even use it and called me hours in advance to try to deliver my items way ahead of time when I was nowhere near my office. I scheduled to have items dropped of for a certain time to only get half of my order and received the rest two hours into my son birthday party.

Not to mention after I had to call a million times to get help. I have pictures, recorded conversations and call logs of every encounter so don't try to tell me what my contract say when you can't properly and effectively run a lucrative business and give quality service. We're in a pandemic and still choosing to support your company, give us as loyal customers what we pay for. Such a disappointment and I will never use their service's again.

This team is the best. First of all, they have a huge inventory of fun options! Their water slides and movie screens are always a huge hit. The carnival rides are also so unique and fun. The owners are especially amazing. They are hard working, kind, and truly care. Your event is in good hands with these guys!

I had spring party rentals come out for my sons 4th birthday party and they came out early and did it so quickly! They were super nice the pick up crew and drop off crew!
