I had a horrible experience very horrible I was probably a price for items that I wanted to rent. Once I cancel three of the items and he said it's only right to put the items in one generator he was very offended he told me it was not worth it. However my bill was 1300 we're just those two items may I see it it's not worth it. He was offended because I subtracted three items with him I feel much more.

It wasn't about the money it was about the time frame. He told me that if I rent it out a few items it hasn't picked up at the same time as the first two items. I said how and why when I'm paying for hours sir. Very unprofessional and I went back-and-forth for five days because every time I called him to even book my dad he said I'm busy I'm gonna call you right back or I'm busy I'm gonna email you I'm busy I'll be right back with you.

I have to pass along text DYE and email him let him know that I was ready to purchase and pay a deposit for my event. never ever again don't trust what you hear or see from his man he's a whole joke and Very very unprofessional. now And my owner just text my phone and said he's going to sue me for posting my truth. First off and I never signed a contract I never canceled or anything I clearly asked him for quotes as I posted the proof I asked him for a quote he gave me the quote once he stated that I had to rent more than one ride. I'm like why by bill is 1,300.00 with just the two items like wow.

Special Events Houston helped us with our PTO Spring Festival. They were fantastic! We had the train, a Moonwalk, dunk tank, the amazing Gyro Xtreme! and Mother Goose face painter. The Festival was a huge success! Thank you!

Love this company - I had never planned an event like this and Matt came out and talked to us about what other schools did for their events and offered some new items like the video game trailer that was a huge hit! We had a very successful event. Special Events Houston provided catering, entertainment, and performers for our company picnic. Matt came out and met with us on several occasions to work out all the details. This was our first picnic and we were very nervous but Matt put our minds at ease. The food was great and all the different rides and blowups were a big hit with our families.

They actually mapped all the attractions out and gave us the full scale layout prior to the event. Everyone wore matching aprons and we just had a great time. Will be using Matt for our next event.

The Michael Jackson dancer you provided was great! We wanted to put on some special entertainment for our sales team and your guy did a great job. We will keep you in mind for more events for Pepsico.

Totally worth the money! The cigar roller we had at our reception was the most popular part of the night. Leonard was real cigar aficionado. The cigar bands they made for us were a nice touch and we kept two cigars as keepsakes. Thanks so much!

Our company picnic was a blast! Special Events really did a great job and their people were very professional. Matt was on site directing his team, and all the attractions and entertainment went off like clockwork. Our 900+ employees had a great time and we appreciate all their hard work making our event memorable.
