We got the inflatable PIRATE package to celebrate my son's 5th birthday in July 2014. According to all our family and friends. It was the Best PIRATE Birthday EVER! My son had the best time. From cotton candy to face painting to balloon sculpting, their attendants did everything and I remember them being very professional and a great with the kids.

They made the party even more authentic wearing PIRATE outfits. You can't get a better deal! I'm so impressed with them that I hope to be able to book them again this time for my twins' first birthday coming up soon!; Looking forward to working with them again!

They arrived exactly on time and the kids absolutely loved every minute of the show and dances. Very polite and helpful with answering all of my questions and figuring out what's best for my event. Definitely reccomend them to anyone who is looking for entertainment for kids

The best entertainer for kids ages 2-10 & even teenagers joined the fun! Michele provided face painting, song and dances such as the limbo & a cotton candy machine for a party we recently had for 20 kids! They loved it & were asking for more after an hour and a half of fun! The parents raved about her as well! thank you & looking forward to future parties!

In 2012, I contracted Small World Entertainment to provide entertainment services for a children's birthday party. I was quite pleased with the services provided, so I booked them for an upcoming event on April 30th of this year. Unfortunately, my recent dealings with Ashley at the company did not live up to my expectations. I initially phoned the company daily for approximately a week, and also sent an email to assess availability.

My email and 3 voicemails were responded to an entire week later, which is highly unprofessional. Ashley stated that it was because I left the message on the wrong line. I was surprised at this statement as I would assume in a professional capacity, someone from the company pass my message along. When I finally got a hold of them on March 8th, I booked with Ashley, who told me I would receive a contract in the mail.

I also requested an email copy; I received neither. After calling back on March 11th for an update, Ashley advised that she had sent both, and evidence of the email was in her outbox and that she mailed the contract; she would email and mail another physical copy. After a week and no courtesy call from the company to at least confirm receipt, I still had not gotten the contract.

I called on March 18th to cancel and asked for a refund. It was again Ashley with whom I spoke who asked me to send an email requesting cancelation, to which I did and she confirmed receipt while I was still on the line. Ashley also advised that she would need to speak with Doug, the owner, to approve a refund since bookings are generally non-refundable.

This was surprising given most, if not all companies, provide a refund, or at least partial if canceling well over a month in advance! Furthermore, I was not informed during booking that this was the case, and again - I STILL had not received a contract. I asked to be placed on hold while she reached Doug, but she advised he would not be in until Tuesday (March 22).

I called then, and again spoke with Ashley who advised that Doug could not be reached but that she would try to reach him again; as when she initially spoke to him, he was averse to providing a refund. I gave the company until Friday, March 25th (not sure if they were closed for the holiday) before I left a message asking for an update. As of this afternoon, Wednesday, March 30th, no response. BEWARE of this company. It's just not worth the effort - who knows if with this type of delayed response and poor customer service, if they would have even showed up to perform.

Performers were so happy and energetic! Affordable and easy to work with. Will be using them again!

My party was 2/13/16. I think they are AWESOME. I have seen other companies that were terrible & boring but these guys are amazing. It was non-stop fun. Everyone including adults loved them. It was a big party 42 kids from 0-17 and over 100 adults. I had a Puppet Show, Master Twister and a DJ for my son's first birthday. The balloons and face painting was incredible, not the crap that you see at most other parties. I will definitely use them again.

I used this company for my son's first birthday in April of 2015. They were exceptional. Prompt, friendly and worth every penny I spent. I have used other companies for my daughter and they did not compare in quality. I will continue to use them for my son and his sister.
