Shaffer is amazing and the dart coordinator Tom is awesome. He runs these leagues with great professionalism. He works his butt off to make sure everything and everyone are taken care. He also is not a babysitter. So to the person who said he allows players to abuse others make sure you're not on the abusing end as well. Its extremely hard to make sure everything runs smoothly without people acting like toddlers. The majority of us are mature enough to be adults in today's world. Thank you Tom Ceckitti for running this dart life that I've fallen in love with

I purchased a refurbished outdoor machine from them two years ago. When they refurbished it they didn't plug a hole in the top of the machine and water flowed in for weeks ruining the control board. Then after they fixed that (yes it was at no charge but it definitely seemed like they thought they were doing me a huge favor) the display unit just stopped.
Just went black. I used it that way for a while but then shortly thereafter the second control board went bad. This time they wanted like 700 dollars to fix the same problem again. I didn't have the money to put into it plus how do I even know it's going to work than more than a few weeks? When I told them this is the second control board they had all kinds of excuses why it couldn't have been "their fault".
Then they wanted 300 dollars just for looking at the machine and telling me what was wrong with it without fixing it. I knew what was wrong with it and didn't want to pay them 300 more dollars and still have a machine that doesn't work. So I ended up just bringing the machine home and it's sitting in my garage. Hopefully I will be able to have a different company fix the machine properly and relaunch in spring 2021. I wouldn't purchase any refurbished machines from them if I were you.
