Robin The Clown-R T Clown

I first used Robin's company for my son's 1st birthday party back in 1989. Since then, I've used her company's services countless times for both of my children's parties, and most recently, my grandson's 2nd birthday. Each time, I'm impressed with Robin's success with the children. With great characters, activities, and performers to choose from, there is always something to engage the young ones, allowing parents to relax while their kids are having a good time. Robin's services are consistent, prompt, and above all, memorable. I plan to use her company for years to come!

We are thrilled to have found RT CLOWN! They are a One-Stop shop for our preschool's summer shows. They even have options to satisfy every theme we could possibly need! We've used RT CLOWN for 3 years now, and have been more than pleased. This last summer, we booked the KIDS ZUMBA CLASS, GET YOUR BODY MOVING CLASS, THE OUT of AFRICA EXPERIENCE, THE LUCK OF IRISH DANCING SHOW, 'ALOHA' HAWAIIAN ISLAND DANCING SHOW, WESTERN TRICK ROPING SHOW, PIRATE SHOW, PUPPET SHOW, and QUEEN ELSA & ANNA!

This summer, all shows were prerformed "COVID safe" and they were cautious in adhering to all our safety rules and expectations. The staff is always kind, respectful, and professional. Like I said, complete package. Highly recommended!

My Doughters 11 th birthday couldnt have been more successful with out RT clown.my doughter is slightly austic and realy wanted a Alice in wonderland theme. the two charters Alice and the mad hatter did a out standing job making her birthday the best one ever. The children had a great time and even the adults where entertained.

My son, Liam, requested the presence of Optimus Prime from the Transformers at his 6th birthday party. He made quite an entrance, to say the least, and was terrific with the kids. The poor guy in this elaborate costume was sweating bullets on an unusually humid day for SoCal that included periodic downpours, which canceled the afternoon-swim portion of our party.

So he had to cram into a modest, 2-bedroom apartment with about 30 kids and grownups and did his very best to improvise under challenging circumstances. He did take great care in assuring that his entrance would be grand, which meant having to make a few extra trips from his car to our place, and on that issue alone he went beyond the call of duty -- even for a Transformer, who's expected to go the extra mile!

My preschool has been using R.T. and her staff for years to bring in children's performers. This past month, we had an amazing African musician come in and teach us about instruments and songs from Africa as part of our Around the World in Forty Days summer theme. Our kids are still signing them. Thank you R.T. and Andrew G. For the enriching program. Once again, we loved it!

I love RT Clown. We have been using them for years for company parties and in the last few years, my kids birthday parties. Robin is warm and friendly. I am known to call the last minute, and Robin does everything she can to accommodate the type of event we have planned, at the last minute. Thank you Robin and RT Clown staff.

Awful performer, awful service I used an Elmo character from RT Clown for my son's 2nd birthday. The performer spoke and interacted with the kids very little, and after 15 minutes of arriving and being with the kids, he went to our drinks and took two water bottles out. I went over and asked him if everything was ok, and he told me "Elmo feels like he is going to pass out" because it was hot in his costume.

The weather was actually pretty cool and breezy. He also told me "it was about 125 degrees inside the costume" which made me feel very bad. He then left the area to drink the water, and when he returned, the "momentum" from the kids was pretty much gone. He tried to play with the kids a little more, but it wasn't the same, and he didn't talk very much. Also, he proceeded to pull out games that I had instructed the company I did not want to play, so he didn't seem to know any information beforehand, and he fumbled around a lot with what to do with the kids.

At the end when I walked him out, he even apologized to me for not having a great connection with the kids. When I called and emailed the company to give them this feedback, I was told that they would look into it and get back to me because they had limited office hours over the Jewish holidays. I never heard back from them. I called again and specifically asked to speak with the owner and spoke with the office manager who didn't really listen and tried to turn my story around.

She said she would pass my message on to Robin (the owner) and she would get back to me after being closed for another Jewish holiday. I never heard back from Robin. So, in a nutshell, a very unprofessional performer was sent to our party and the company was extremely unprofessional in not getting back to me to address the issues. Shame that they're in business.

I spoke with this company for the first time ever recently and will not book with them strictly due to Robin's extreme unprofessionalism on the phone. I called late one day and Robin wasn't available. I left a message and she still had not returned my call by mid-afternoon the next day so I called again to follow up. The receptionist who answered the phone remembered me and transferred me right away.

When Robin answered the phone she was winded and did not even introduce herself. This is pretty much what she said: "Hello? Let me tell you something. It has been crazy all day because there is really strong interest in filming a reality show with my company and the camera crew has been here since 10am and you know how reality is heightened with reality shows so they were telling me to be bitchier to this guy.".Excuse me, but you didn't even introduce yourself, I am a potential new client and you used the word "bitch" with me. I will NEVER book with you. Such unprofessionalism.

I have been working with R.T.Clown since 2003 when they provided a wide variety of top performers (Magicians, Hula Dancers, and a Bird Show) for the Harvest Festival at my children's school. The following year our theme was Latin and R.T.Clown sent a troop of mariachis and dancers, it was a huge hit! They can also come though with little notice.

A perfect example is when I asked for a magician 48 hours before the event! Since 2007 R.T.Clown has sent me the most authentic and absolute BEST real bearded santas at Christmas. I highly recommended them for all your talent need!

I love RT Clown. I've been using them for over 16 years. They have made all my childrens parties memoriable. Just used them for my grand daughters 1st birthday. Tinkerbell was a hit! I'll be back next year. Thanks for all your help and great service.

Very disappointing! Our expectations were not high, looking for fairly simple roaming entertainment for a circus theme party for two one-year-olds. The person who came was barely in costume or 'character', many of our guests look more professional! The balloon animals were extremely weak - a snake consisted of a single balloon blown up with black sharpie marks.

There was also a few stars and dogs but very few required twisting or more than one balloon for that matter. The face painting was just as disappointing - some looked like chicken scratch, barely colored in and with no distinct shape. I have been in the event industry for years - now I just like to plan parties for friends and family. Never have I encountered such a disappointing character!
