Record Entertainment got its start as the WFON Music Service, a mobile DJ service branch of local radio station, WFON back in the early 1980's. My husband, Terry was one of the DJ's and had the opportunity to take over this fledgling business at the age of 17. Terry was working as a radio announcer on WFON at this time, dabbling in radio sales and promotions while studying Radio TV and Film at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
Over the next 5 years he with the help of a few other talented disc jockeys built the most popular mobile DJ service in a 5 county area - changing the name to Record Entertainment, Inc. (REI) REI grew to include local talents, some community theatre actors, some radio professionals and local night club djs.

We had Kevin from Record Entertainment DJ services for our wedding day entertainment. We could not recommend this company more. Everything was very organized and communicated well to us. Kevin was very easy to work with and super personable and nice. He made sure everything was talked through prior to our big day & he did super well day of making sure everything went to plan. Andy was fantastic at my wedding reception. He was so good at reading the mood of the room. Making requests was super easy. Any changes in schedule went incredibly smooth. He was so fun to work with! My mom even pulled him onto the floor for a dance. I highly recommend working with Record Entertainment. They're easy to work with and very adaptable and helpful.

Record Entertainment was very easy to work with. They were willing to reschedule when we changed our wedding date due to COVID. Our DJ Andy was amazing work with! He ensured everything went smoothly and really went above and beyond in offering to help out in anyway that he could. He did an awesome job feeling out the crowd and our style of music to keep everyone dancing all night long and having a blast!

Kerry did an amazing job with Record Entertainment DJing for our wedding! Our guests were on the dance floor all night! And we had many special dances added into our special day. The interview was especially helpful to pick songs and have our dj know us and our expectations of our music. I would highly recommend them!

We had Mike with Record Entertainment as our DJ for our wedding. He was amazing to work with, super responsive to last minuet requests and played a wide variety of music that had people on the dance floor till the venue closed. He's also the perfect hype man! We are still getting compliments weeks later on how well he did. Josh and Ike were AMAZING as DJ's at our High School prom! They kept the kids entertained all night! The teachers even commented they had never seen so many kids dancing. We could not say enough good things about our DJ Andy. He was very professional and had the dance floor packed the entire night of our wedding. He was great to work with and even took in our request to edit our first dance song. We received multiple compliments throughout the night about how amazing the DJ was and how great the selection of music was. We would highly recommend Record Entertainment for any DJ needs, and if you get the chance ask for Andy to be your DJ for the night.

I cannot say enough good things about our DJ, Alex, and the staff at Record Entertainment. They were so easy to work with up to the wedding and the night went so smoothly.
