ABSOLUTELY DONT USE THIS COMPANY! I would give zero stars if I could. It's now 2 hours past the time they confirmed and my granddaughter is just crushed no jumpy house waterside. It looks like from all the reviews they are up to the same games not showing up and having your money. I'm guessing they enjoy crushing little kids hearts. They won't answer the phone or emails very unprofessional and bad business practice.

We rented a water slide and couldn't be happier with the service and communication! Delivery and pick up were also as expected.

I would stay away from this business. There are so many negative reviews out there about people not receiving the things that they had rented, and our experience was the same. We had scheduled a rental for a gathering of friends for a birthday party that was supposed to arrive in the morning and be set up prior to the party beginning. Unfortunately the unit never came, sending everyone home without the centerpiece of our event. Please see all YELP reviews on this same occurrence as it appears this is a regular thing.

This was the most unprofessional business I have encountered. we ordered a bounce house for a birthday, called THEM, and were told $1000 total payment, but the website advertises $750. They NEVER mentioned any type of travel fee on the phone, that would be costing that much more money. They claimed it was on the website, which it is NOT. She had a horrible attitude, lied multiple times about her story, and was just slavery unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to anyone, please look at the reviews prior to considering such a place.

I prepaid for a bounce house for my daughter's birthday party. The week of the event they confirmed drop off time. The day of the event they would not answer calls. I went to the address on the website, they would not answer the door. They called 45 minutes after the event started claiming the delivery people had been in an accident. This was an obvious lie, as I was driving to their business when they called me and there were no accidents on the road.

They said they would try to find another jump house and call me back. They called back and said they could not provide a replacement. They obviously overbooked. Very unprofessional! Do not use this business!

This business called me 2 days before my scheduled delivery of the water Slide to cancell my delivery. The reason that I was given was that they're warehouses were booked. I would have been ok have i known they were totally booked while making the reservation a week prior. Now I had to scramble to find another slide. I hope they get their scheduling fixed.

Phones were answered when I called even on the weekend in the early morning. Equipment arrived on time and was clean. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give this company a 10 for overall service and professionalism.

Run away from this place. The jump house was dirty with a bunch of tiny rubber pieces that scratched up the children. We couldn't use it after that. Also it didn't inflate all the way so we had a bounce house that didn't bounce. Then to top it off they only sent 1 employee to pickup the jump house which was over 400 lbs. So we had to help them roll it up, strap it down and take to the truck. Then it took over a week for someone to call back about my complaint and they wouldn't even give any kind of refund for all the inconvenience. Stay away from this place.

This company showed up for my daughter's birthday on time and jumpy house was clean. The last company I used delivered a jumpy that was really dirty and unsanitary. I will recommend this company to my friends and extended family. Thanks Rebecca's!
