I had a geeky Lord of the Rings themed wedding and my husband was worried it would be cheesy. Couldn't be further from the truth! Everything was gorgeous. Attention to detail was obvious because everything was amazing. They had so many ideas to make my dreams a reality and go beyond even what I could have imagined! They even worked with a local Raptor education and rehab place because I told them I wanted birds of prey during the cocktail hour. They were able to bring four, and my guests enjoyed learning about the raptors and the organization. Seriously, hire these awesome people, you will not regret it!

More like Party 911. That is what you will be calling if you hire them. The owner hires vendors for events then is extremely rude. She is unorganized, and does not send out proper location maps. She also did not pay according to the terms and conditions. The last thing you want is vendors not showing up because they have had enough of the rudeness and her lack of knowing the information on the contracts. Go Elsewhere!

The princess and superhero party was incredible! Party 411 does childrens event with an extra special touch. Snacks, crafts, music, story time, they really cover it all. There are quiet zones with entertainment for when your little one needs a break but doesn't want to miss out on the fun. Drinks and fun treats are self serve and available to everyone that attends.
The actors are well versed and they can answer every question your child might ask with that special character personality. You will not be disappointed in a Party 411 event!

Amy and the entire team at Party411 are excellent. They are very creative -anything you can think of, they can execute. They communicate in a timely matter and take the stress out of throwing a party so that you can enjoy yourselves and not have to worry about the details. We highly recommend them and will use them for any future events.

Amy is fantastic! She had creative ideas for my son's Bar Mitzvah and executed them flawlessly. I was overwhelmed by the compliments I received for the unique decor. Further, I was extremely pleased that I didn't have to do a thing the day of our event aside from enjoying my guests and watching my son glow with happiness. Will definitely use again, and tell all my friends too!

Amy, Aviva and the whole team were amazing. They had creative ideas and made everything easy- from the bar mitzvah program, to the decorations to the full size cut out of my son! It was great to have Amy with me at meetings with the venue and even candy shopping - she knows what works and what questions to ask. Party 411 definitely made everything easier and we will be using them again for our next bar mitzvah!
