The staff is very professional, I wish all agency staff were as organized, polite and professional as Party Staff. My 3 stars is the pay, its every other week and their pay wage is way less than other agencies doing the same jobs. The app could be simpler be and a little less confusing. I was dropped from this agency because I wasn't accepting jobs at the time, I was going through housing, car, money, family issues all at once. My fault for not communicating with them. You will love the staff and their professionalism. They get 5 stars.

We had a wonderful experience with the service delivered from our platinum party staffer Ramiro. He was absolutely amazing. He knew exactly what was needed, took initiative, and was just so helpful. We loved Ramiro!

After giving a very clear description of what I needed in regard to staff at a high end event I planned, this company disappointed me terribly. I was told they could send Platinum level staff who allegedly have at least 5 years of event service experience and would need little direction to be appropriate and helpful at the event. I prepared a detailed schedule with their tasks so they would have all of the information needed to do a great job.

The staff they sent clearly had no idea how to be appropriate in an high end environment, showed up late, left early, asked to take left over food, were slow when they were asked to do anything, difficult to direct and were embarrassing for my clients to have on the premises. I will never use this company again and I don't recommend anyone else does.

I called the day after the party when they were open again and asked to speak with the manager. I recommended that he contact me and the client directly and so far I have not heard from them. What a mess.

I had a different experience with Party Staff in West Hollywood. Went in on time for an interview with a Mr. Hickey. My resume reflects way over 10 years of server experience. Interviewed last October and it's almost Christmas (this is THE busy season) and I never got sent out on 1 event. Please do not waste the servers time I went extremely out of my way for this interview. I really hoped they would send me out as I am not a NEWBIE.

My husband and I had engaged another company to help with our 50th anniversary celebration who with less than a week to go became unresponsive and unreachable. In desperation, we searched Yelp for another vendor when one of those vendors recommend Party Staff. Party Staff responded quickly to our request and immediately eased our uncertainty. Jessica and Vanessa were always professional and efficient when dealing with us, and were extremely courteous when dealing with my "stressed out" husband.

The staff who served us, Ariana, Benjamin, and LaToya arrived on time. In fact, they were at the venue before we were. They were dressed professionally, listened to what we wanted them to provide our 80+ guests, and exceeded our expectations. If ever we need servers or whatever services Party Staff provides, we would not hesitate to use them. We highly recommend Party Staff for your party needs.

Terrible terrible place to work. I worked for party staff a few years ago and should have reported them for all the crap they pulled. #1 I was underpaid many times. Most notably when I working at a big University and they said wait around we will find you a job. It was graduation day, the event was hours away and I just drove 30 min so I was gonna stick it out.

After an hour or so, they finally assigned me somewhere. I don't know what the legality is of that situation but I'm pretty sure once I show up and I'm ready to work you got pay me. #2 I sprained my ankle on the job on someone's stairs and got NO compensation. None. And I was out the money I should have earned that night. #3 After working here part time for many months, maybe longer without incident- except for those things I listed, I asked for a raise.

I was asked to come back many places. Never a no show. Compared to some of the yawhos I worked with I thought I was a good worker. They called me all the time. So when I asked for a raise, like $1, all the sudden he came up with some allegation that a drank on the job, that a bartender reportedly gave me a drink. He had no other details when I pressed him.

Total bs. I'm not an idiot. Never drank on the job, although I saw many coworkers do it and saw those who were obviously stoned. Also if I was gonna drink on the job I'm not stupid enough to openly ask the bartender. We drank soda. Also FYI they paid me $10.50 / hr. That's insanely low, and I think they bill the customer $25? Don't work here. Don't hire staff from here.

Was in a bind as my staffing for event fell through. This team really came through quickly. Easy to order, you get a choice of what they will wear. Parker and Jesse showed up early and got down to it. Plated and served a 4 course meal for 32 people. The kitchen was spotless when we finished and all the rentals arranged. They were pleasant, efficient and I would recommend both highly. Really made the party fun for me. I always type out a schedule so they just followed it and I did not have to interrupt my conversations. Thank you so much!

We had a last minute event that needed a staff. Contacted them with details by email, confirmed details and signed credit card form. The day before the event, we sent an email confirming their staff's arrival - no response. The day of the event, we emailed when the staff was 20 minutes late, no response, so we called. They said they would try to contact him but no apologies.

We had to keep calling them for updates and it became obvious that their staff was a no show. Again, no apologies until we mentioned the fact that they didn't seem to care or have any since of urgency since the event was scheduled to start shortly. Still have not receive any explanation - won't use again

I enjoyed working with Party Staff and they were very good at making sure I always had work when I needed it. The office staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. If I ever move back to LA I would definitely sign on to work with them again.

Yolanda was our server at our 45 person post-wedding house party. We could not have asked for a better experience! She came on time and knew exactly what to do to get everything set up. She set up all of the food, drinks, and dessert and kept everything refilled, kept the house picked up of trash, and cleaned up the entire scene, putting everything away before she left.

What a delightful presence she was and a huge help! Making the booking was seamless and I enjoyed working with the very professional and friendly office staff. I booked about a week ahead of time for a party on the night before Thanksgiving and they had no problem setting me up. I give the Party Staff my highest recommendation for taking the stress and the work out of our party. Do not hesitate to spend the money on the Party Staff and become a guest at your own party.

I would like to put in a good word for a company which has been very helpful to us. For the past two years we have hired Servers from Party Staff for our dinner parties. They help with the food buffet, clearing diner's dishes and wine glasses, and anything else we need to have done. Every Party Staff Server is pleasant, professional, and hard-working. They free us up to enjoy visiting with our guests. I recommend them without hesitation.

David was our bartender at our wedding at Roaring Camp last weekend (July 3, 2016). He was AWESOME! He was on time, attentive, and there was never a line at the bar even though he was by himself. At the end of the night, one of our guests forgot her water bottle so he went to the bar where our after party was to deliver it to her! Wow! He went above and beyond to make sure we had an awesome wedding.

He was so polite, helpful, and just an overall pleasure to be around. The Party Staff was a great company to work with as well. They answered questions immediately and were great communicators. I recommend this company and David without hesitation.

The two servers we hired were beyond great! Our backyard party involved lots of food served and complicated logistics but Robbie and Jimmy were not only professional, courteous and well trained, but they were incredibly helpful, eager to pitch in and do just about anything to make our event successful. Their set up and serving were superb but they also jumped in to help do all sorts of other things -- grill meat (very successfully), prep & assemble food, wash dishes, you name it. There's no way we could have pulled off our event without them. You should ask for them by name if you want the best of the best servers.

Stephanie Olson and Aaron Himmler bartender at our wedding at Roaring Camp last month. In addition to being great bartenders, they both went above and beyond by helping to set out appetizers and stock the candy bar. All instructions we provided were followed exactly. We got precisely what we wanted with no surprises.

Our company had usually staffed our own events, so we weren't sure how using an outside party staff firm would work out. Having professional, experienced party staff has made our events much smoother and takes off a lot of stress for those involved with organizing the events. We've used The Party Staff probably 5 times over the last year, for both very small and large events (300+ people) and have been very pleased. The staff works hard and are proactive, taking charge of their responsibilities. Keep up the great work!

I needed to arrange a cocktail party for 40 with less than 24 hours notice. I called The Party Staff the morning of the event, They were great, said they would see what they could do, and were back to me within the hour. Vanessa and Danielle showed up early and were absolutely outstanding. They knew what to do and were very professional. They did a great job of arranging, serving, cleaning up, putting food away, etc. The event came off very smoothly - in large part thanks to their great work!

I would never hire anyone from The Party Staff again and I would not recommend them to anybody. They sent a completely incompetent "bartender" who was incredibly slow and thought she was there to chat with the guests. My guests were very irritated and started mixing their own drinks. This is after they insured they will send a professional bartender.

She also lost a couple of my precious bar item, one of which is irreplaceable. When I asked the company to find out what she had done with them, they were not helpful at all. She should have never been able to a bartend. Not her fault though. Party Staff should have not sent her to my party. I gave them one star because they cannot be trusted to hire the right people. Don't risk ruining you party. Use a different company.

When my wife and I were looking for a Staffing Agency for our wedding we had a lot of choices to choose from. The Los Altos history museum suggested a few vendors that provided quality service at good prices. From the list we selected The Party Staff, Inc. Prior to the wedding Party Staff provided prompt responses to our request for staffing needs and budgetary information.

When attempting to manage all of tasks of a wedding response time from vendors are important when gathering all the information. Both Susan's were great to work with and gave thorough information and service. The pricing quoted prior to the wedding was very accurate to our final bill. And when you are budgeting for a wedding that is crucial! Susan S. helped us understand our final invoice, and provided clarity when needed. She was a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend the Party Staff, they were professional, and provided great service for our guest!

I couldn't recommend the party staff more highly. all we needed was an extra pair of hands to pull off a large dinner party smoothly. our server arrived on time, worked her butt off throughout, and was professional throughout. the service is a bit pricey, but sooo worth it!
