We hired In the Mix Events for our wedding April 2022. They were quick to respond, clear on communication and pricing, and set us up with a DJ who did a fantastic job! He did the pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception dancing music, and it was a huge hit! The Dancefloor was packed the entire night. They have an online dashboard where you can upload your requested songs, as well as special songs throughout the night. It was well worth the money.

In the Mix provided ceiling and backdrop drapery and fairy lighting for my daughter's wedding reception in February. They transformed the large banquet room at the Crowne Plaza Ventura into a magical fairyland that was perfect for our celebration and beautiful to look at from every angle. They worked smoothly with our wedding coordinator and everything was done on time and perfectly.

Don't look anywhere else. Tim and his crew are just so wonderful. They will work with you and make what you want happen. The wedding could not be more beautiful without the lightings done by this crew.

All i can say is WOW! They did an amazing job and the team is so wonderful and friendly! The draping and lighting they added to our venue made such a difference! We got so many compliments.

We worked with Tim and Sarah for rentals for our wedding. They were both very kind and responsive, and on the day of, everything was done as expected. Timing was perfect, and rentals provided, beautiful. I was getting ready while they were setting up, but suffice to say when I saw our ceremony area I was speechless. Absolutely gorgeous. If you need any of their services, definitely recommend their team as great to work with.

We were THRILLED with Tim and the In the Mix team. They were incredibly professional and communicative. Because our wedding was in a backyard, lighting was kind of tricky. Tim crafted a lighting design that was beautiful and within our budget. I would recommend In the Mix to anyone planning an event!

They were awesome namely Kevin the DJ. We had a very specific but I think he realized that they're not all great dancing songs, so we let him add in song that in genres that we liked and people were on the dance floor the whole night. AND people mention the music old and young when we saw them after the wedding. Very stoked we went with this company

ITM did a great job! I got married on 3/29/19 at Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks. The day of they were on time setting up the drapes and chandelier for the altar. The set up looked just like the picture I sent them. They were fast, no intervention needed, and the picked up everything without a hassle. Booking them was a breeze as well. Now that's good service. Thanks for making my ceremony beautiful.

I can't say enough good things about the amazing job Tim & DJ Jason did with our wedding this past weekend! We had an Indian fusion wedding and the way they incorporated Indian/American music was flawless, everyone was dancing until the very end : they were so accommodating with all of our last minute requests and made our evening truly unforgettable! A.M.A.Z.I.N.G - We used In The Mix for both lighting and DJ services. First off, the lighting set the perfect fun and romantic mood we hoped for. It was absolutely everything we imagined. We got married in a barn and the lighting was the perfect touch to our rustic feel. Can we just say we ended the night with MOST of our guests still on the dance floor.

These guys kept everyone dancing and involved the entire night. We spent a lot of time making our wedding a reality and the last thing we wanted was for people to be bored or leave early. Thanks to Tim and his team, we were able to celebrate the entire night with almost all of our guests. They did our ceremony music, cocktail hour music, dinner music and party music.

In The Mix Events did a wonderful job transforming the reception room for my wedding. I ordered uplighting, hanging crystal columns, a chandelier with floral treatment and a monogram projection. I was very happy with the final result. Tim and his team were very professional, experienced and friendly. I would highly recommend their talents and services!

Awesome! High quality and helpful along the way! Our photo booth was perfect and fit with our wedding perfectly. There was a constant line at the booth throughout the night. I would highly recommend!

Tim was professional and helpful from the first minute to the last. In the mix did custom lighting, a dance floor monogram, MC and audio setup for our ceremony. All of these were executed beautifully and most importantly left me (the bride) with nothing to do but have fun! They made my wedding beautiful, fun, and unforgettable. Used in the mix for both our daughter's wedding which coincidentally happened in the same year about 10 months apart. Kevin kept that place rocking and did a great job with announcements, keeping people getting on the dance floor, and intro's. I would recommend these guys in a heart beat!

I volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. In the Mix just bailed us out at the last minute for our She Nailed It competition. We really appreciate their support and the great photo booth! Totally awesome that they supported a local community event.

In The Mix Events Inc. was contracted through a client to work the event at the Ventura Beach Marriott. From my experience as the Event Manager I can only share good stories. Their communication via phone as well as in writing was very quick and professional. I even received a follow up email after the event and I am definitely not used to that from other vendors.

Our Banquet Captain had the following to share: "They were the best all around. Cody went out of his way in helping me and offered to finish hooking up the LED lights. I would definitely recommend him with the highest recommendation." Thank you guys for being awesome! We look forward to working with you again.

Loved working with In The Mix for our wedding! Brian was our DJ for the night, and he did an excellent job of keeping the party going (there is nothing worse than being at a party where no one is feeling the music). Brian and Tim were super helpful when we called and talked through our timeline, they were accommodating with our friend who played our first dance song for us and when my dad and I wanted a non-tradtional father-daughter dance, and in general Brian was very low key and enjoyable to work with.

The little bit of rain/sprinkles we had that night threatened to cause some troubles but Brian rolled with it and all ended well. Additionally in the mix set up our lighting and hung our papel picados with our lights, and it all looked awesome!
