Music by Request DJ Butlers was started in Cincinnati, Ohio by Fred Caldwell in 1986. As a one man mobile Cincinnati DJ Company, DJ Butlers quickly gained popularity within the Tri-state. The referrals for a reliable event DJ entertainer quickly built the company's reputation. Within 10 years, Music By Request DJ Butlers evolved from just a simple DJ wedding reception & entertainment service, into what is now Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky's complete event planning and master of ceremonies company.

Ryan Riesenbeck from DJ Butlers is the man! The guy was a class-act through and through. He was on top of EVERYTHING! He brought a full sound system that sounded great in the barn where we had our reception. He did a great job of helping us figure out what we wanted gave us lots ofsuggestions, which made everything easier. He did a fantastic job of helping us plan the reception and making sure that it ran smoothly. He really did take a lot of stress off our shoulders. 10/10 Definitely worth it, Ryan is the best!

Jared Metz was out DJ for our wedding he was absoluty pivitol to making it happen he helped with coordination and brought a level of profensionalizm that made out wedding great. We had a couple hiccups and he helped everyway he could to making it happen without a hitch. He played great music with not a single complaint, we recommend him and this company to anyone with a wedding event. THANK YOU JERED METZ YOUR THE BEST.

I truly cannot recommend Greg R. from Dj Butlers highly enough. From the moment we booked him, his communication was always excellent, friendly and prompt. He is knowledgeable, fun, and truly excellent at what he does. He helped us come up with a great timeline for our reception, made all the necessary announcements as far as releasing tables for dinner, getting all of the speeches taken care of, and making sure everything sounded great and everybody could hear all of the important things.
From our ceremony microphones (we were outdoor and had 150 guests) to the quality of sound in the music. He was so great with my family, with us, and with all of our guests. We had so many compliments on how much fun he was and how great of is job he did keeping the dance floor full. He read the room perfectly and kept my family and friends dancing and singing all night.
He was awesome about taking and playing requests, and the crowd seriously couldn't get enough of his song selections! We had an absolute blast and we couldn't have found a better fit for our big day. We are truly thankful for every moment he spent invested in a day that means so much to us. Everybody that we interacted with did an excellent job in answering questions and providing knowledge from their experience.

Highly recommend DJ Butlers & Aaron S. My husband and I were pretty indecisive and Aaron helped us through the whole process and was very patient when it came to making decisions. He was happy to do whatever we requested and helped us with anything we weren't sure about. Aaron was very laid back which made me feel at ease and not stress over anything regarding the music! Day of, all of the music selections were fantastic, guests had so much fun! Aaron was very professional and kept the whole day running very smoothly! 10/10!

I highly recommend using them as your DJ. My family has been using them for over 20 years-all 4 of the weddings in my family! They are reasonably priced and very pleasant to work with. I had to change my wedding date twice due to Covid and they were great about making sure I had someone for the day. They provide you with a questionnaire to help plan the night and make sure you get the songs you want and they call you prior to the wedding to go over everything you want/need.
We had Aaron Smith and he was absolutely amazing. We had to change a few things around and he was always patient and happy to help! On the wedding night, he was prompt and overall had a great attitude and made sure everything was as we wanted and that we were happy. He was great with my wedding guest and played everything we planned and requested and he kept the party going the whole time.
Couldn't have been happier with Aaron. Many of my guests said they would be using DJ Butlers in the future and would request Aaron. I'm so glad I went with them for my wedding.

Lewis Connell was our DJ for our July 2021 wedding and we can't imagine anyone better. He was a helpful guide throughout the planning process and helped to keep the evening running smoothly. The dance floor was packed from beginning to end with friends and family of all ages. He did a great job of balancing the music we love with songs he knew would keep people on their feet. We would hire Lewis again in a heartbeat!

HIGHLY recommend Ryan Reisenbeck at DJ Butlers! He was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process of planning our wedding. He was responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our day was special. He made sure we had drinks at our reception, made sure we remembered to eat, and kept the timeline Perfectly. Played all of our music we wanted and kept every guest engaged and on the dance floor! AMAZING!
