Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. They answered all of my questions and did not try to upsell me on anything. Even when my middle schooler was nervous about the instruments they knew exactly who his teacher was and made him feel at ease. Definitely recommend for any music needs.

Great customer service and a solid selection of student instruments. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they're taking care of a repair on a student rented instrument in less than a week. Overall, quite impressed!

It is good place to buy musical instrument especially related to wind instrument such as saxophones, trumpets, flute, clarinets, and etc. I bought mouth piece for soprano saxophone for my dad, and he really loved it. You may feel it is really small in size, but there is no place like this in WPB. Additionally, you may spend time to find out where the Entry is if you are the first time visit.

I have purchased three clarinets for my daughter from Music Man, with the last one being over $3600 (Buffet R-13). The "brand-new" clarinet was damaged. We had it repaired from an outside person since my daughter needed it immediately for college auditions and we had been told by Music Man that the repairs would take three weeks. I received a phone call from the manager, Chris, asking for copies of my receipts.

He then told me that he would submit the receipts to Buffet for reimbursement. After I submitted the receipts, Chris told me (A MONTH LATER) that he didn't know why I had dropped off receipts for reimbursement and there would not be any reimbursement since I had taken it to elsewhere for repair. He even went as far as to say that he had never called me and had no idea what I was talking about, even though he had asked to speak to my daughter about what exactly needed to be repaired, as there had been other Buffet clarinets that needed to be repaired. After spending over $7000 at this store, I feel their customer service is horrible. Will never recommended it to anybody.

If you're looking for a DJ for your wedding or event look no further than Don at Music Man, Inc.! We used Don for our wedding in August 2018 and couldn't have been happier! Don met with us several times before the event to plan everything out and was easy to contact via email for all my questions leading up to the day. Don was on time, prepared, and a joy to work with at the event.

He did a great job reading the room and keeping the energy high, doing a masterful job balancing our song requests with our guests' requests and his party favorites. Don also did a wonderful job serving as our MC for the night, making announcements as needed and keeping us on time. Don provided all the sound equipment we needed for the wedding, including speakers/music for the ceremony and reception and microphones for the officiant and readers. We can't recommend Don highly enough, we would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Great place for supplies and lessons. I always go there when my kids need supplies for school band. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very willing to help.

Don was our wedding DJ and we were very happy with him. He did the music for our ceremony and reception. He also provided the sound equipment and wireless mic for our officiant and a hand held mic for our reader and speeches during the reception. The music during the ceremony was great. Don hit all the cue's without needing prompting. During cocktail hour he played great music and what I really appreciated is he came out and checked in about 10 minutes before I had told him in the the timeline I gave him that I wanted to do the bride and groom entrance.

He let me know what time it was and asked me if I still wanted to keep to the timeline or push it back a little. Don was great at making announcements to the guests of when to take their seats and then he went table to table and released them to get in line for the buffet dinner. The music he played for dancing was perfect and when the music cut off at the end of the night we had many guests voice how bummed they were the party was over. We've had lots of guest tell us how great Don was and how they loved the music. Would definitely recommend Don. He has lots of wedding experience and provides great input and tips on timing, music, etc.
