After touring with the country rock group "Atlanta" (recording three Top Ten singles and two Gold Albums), Bill retired from the music industry in 1988 and continued his passion for entertainment by performing magic and twisting balloons at Underground Atlanta. With exposure to Underground's constant and ever-changing crowds, Bill was able to hone his skills full time, appearing at the popular tourist attractions for ten years.

Tammy provides artistic face painting, detailed and fast balloon twisting, and educational magic workshops for young magicians. Nicki is an outstanding face painter and balloon twister, having been taught and trained since childhood. She now has a son who is developing an interest in balloons as well!
Since Magic Man Entertainment is an extension of the Packards' offerings rather than a large independent talent agency, you get sincere personal service and we do not charge you high percentage surcharges on top of our subcontractors' fees. We work only with professional performers who we know will represent us well and we ask them for only a small discount to cover our administrative costs, so you can get Atlanta's favorite family entertainers at uninflated prices.More than 25 years - 33 years, 0 months, and 7 days to be exact!

We've used Magic Man Entertainment for a few different events, including an annual charity carnival and a private birthday. They are incredibly prompt, responsive and willing to answer any questions. Their magicians are GREAT! They are incredibly entertaining and very kind and sweet with kids. Our kids were talking about the show for days. Highly recommend.

We hired both Bill and Tammy for 2 separate parties 2 weeks apart. They were BOTH amazing! Tammy was FANTASTIC with the sweet little 6 year old girls and does amazing face painting and balloon animals. Bill was INCREDIBLE with his magic show and balloon animals. Both of our birthday girls had WONDERFUL birthday parties. Bill was GREAT to work with.
