Can't say much for the business itself but I have had first hand business experience with Karen, I mean Kathy. Total nightmare client. Had me running in circles for her for four months, never ended up buying anything bc, as she said, her mom wouldn't cover it. Good luck to anyone that tries to do business with her. Try telling her anything she doesn't want to hear - reality or not. One second you're her best friend the next she's trashing your business because she didn't like your price, I guess?
