DJ and Nicole are fabulous! They took over the Majiloon line of Balloon Pumps and have helped me (over the phone) fix some of the problems that I have had over the years. I am shipping three of the old ones to DJ to overhaul for a very reasonable fee! Very helpful and accommodating!
