Jump N' Party

I rented another jumper (20x20) for 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) this past weekend for the kids to play. Everyone had a blast and kept wanting to go in it even when it was raining on Saturday. The jumper dries up quickly, but we grabbed a towel and gave it a good wipe down when mother earth decided to stop crying. Drop off was pleasant. They came to drop off, set up, and left. Mini conversation was nice while they were setting up as well.

The jumper was cleaned, thanks to Philip(?) who was cleaning it on Friday when him and Kenji dropped it off. Philip was working hard because those sweats don't lie, lol. Used 2 outlets for the jumper, so be sure to have outlets available. And that they do not connect to each other, so the electricity would not shut off because of too much power. Kenji came to pick up with Philip around 8-9pm on Sunday.

Which was perfect because by then everyone would of left and got ready for school the next day (today). They came, picked up, and left. Fast, efficient and professional. You got me as a forever returning client!

I highly recommend Jump N Party and Kenji! He was very prompt, had good communication, and we especially appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. He went through everything we needed to know about having a bounce house set up all day. He was even able to get us a bounce house with a slide at the last minute, which was a great upgrade. He cleaned the bounce house very thoroughly as well. We will definitely book with him again!

10/10 do not recommend using this company. He does not have a contract or set expectations and will charge you extra fees without your approval as he sees fit. He did not state there was a cleaning fee and charged me $40.

Thank you Jump N Party for saving my nephews birthday party! Backstory- Prior to booking with Jump N Party, I had booked from a different company. I get a call the day BEFORE and they cancelled on me around 4:30pm! I was livid, and had to start frantically looking for places to book at such last minute. I made several calls, no success because everyone was completely booked. that was until I found Jump N Party on Yelp!

I was so thankful that Kenji answered the phone around 5pm on a friday evening and he was THE BEST! I told him my situation and he was so compassionate and assured that I would be able to get a jumper by tomorrow before the party started! Great customer service and accommodations! Not to mention, the price was lower than the previous company I booked with!

The next day, we have one of the workers come in the morning to set up, they were prompt, kind and clean! They sanitized all around, swept inside the the jumper and vacuumed. Everything was clean and great and the kids enjoyed it! Also pick up was a breeze. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend going with Jump N party if you're looking for a friendly, accommodating, clean and prompt service! Please don't go to anyone else! Thank you for your help and for saving our party!

I've been recommending Kenji and Jump N Party to all of my family and friends! Best prices and INCREDIBLY easy communication with Kenji made my nephew's birthday party go off without a hitch! We were concerned there might not be enough open space in the backyard for the jumper, so I asked Kenji about driveway set up was possible in our situation and he said it would work.

When he arrived, he checked out the backyard and found that we did have enough space after all, so it worked out perfectly : Will definitely be calling Kenji & Jump N Party again!

I will never go to any other business for jumper rentals. We rented a 16' water slide for my sons birthday. I can across Jump'n'Party after reaching out to one other business 5 times with no success of hearing back. Kenji answered promptly and assured me he will reserve the slide I want and we will handle the details in just a few hours, as he was pretty busy.

Sure enough, he did call me back and we booked the slide officially. Kenji was so easy to work with. He was very flexible about time drop off and pick up. Came early, picked up well passed the party was over. Not only that but his prices are more than fair, besting pretty much everyone else. When he came, he was extremely friendly and helpful on planning the party layout to fit in the jumper slide accordingly. Very, VERY nice guy. Next time we need a jumper or any party equipment, this will be the only place I call!

Was looking for a specific jumper and jump n party had plenty to choose from at a very reasonable price. I ended up renting a jumper chairs and canopy. I booked only days before the party and Kenji was able to accommodate us. He was even able to add items during set up. He's flexible with set up which works wonders when you have so much going on. It was a pleasure working with Kenji and Phil. Definitely recommend Jump N Party and will be using them from now on.

Amazing service! They came through last minute with reasonable prices and very professional! They checked in to make sure everything was okay and left instructions for the rental I had! I would recommend this service!

Fair pricing & great service! Kenji is very friendly and good at communicating. He's very flexible with our request and even let us confirm our booking on the evening b4 our event due to rain weather in Feb. Our daughter & her friends had a great time at her bday party!

Needed a Bounce house to keep the kids entertained during our Baby Shower. I looked up lots of rental companies until I came across JUMP N PARTY Rentals, selection was good and the price was very reasonable. The entire process for booking the rentals was also very easy and straightforward. The weather all of a sudden was not favorable and Kenji graciously accommodated our last minute requests to include canopy tents. Kenji and his team were very professional and were open to any setup suggestion considering the storm and bad weather. I would definitely reach out to them for my future bounce house or tent needs.

There are a lot of Bounce House/Jumper rentals in the Bay Area, and many of them with double or triple the amount of reviews on Yelp. Honestly, I looked at all the others before I checked out Jump N Party. It's the Yelp mentality, flock to the one that has the most reviews that have good rating. I'm glad I didn't and went with a less popular company in Jump N Party.

I looked at choices, prices, and policies from all the bounce house rental places. What attracted me to Jump N Party were the prices. Their prices are very competitive. In fact it was probably the best. It may not be drastically cheaper but $10-20 cheaper is still being cheaper. And the fact they dont have hidden fees like many of the other "popular highly reviewed" competition seen on Yelp.

What I mean is, some places no matter where in the Bay Area you are delivering to (even if they are based in the same area you will be delivering to), they add delivery surcharge of $10 and goes up from there. And if you rent the cotton candy machine, some places don't include the cones or the sugar unless you pay extra. With Jump N Party it was all up front cost, no hidden fees, and I did rent a cotton candy machine and it did include cones and sugar.

I booked fairly late (about a week before the event) and Kenji was able to accommodate. Communication was always very quick. On the day of the event he got there right on the time promised--in fact he beat me to the location. This is also a difference from other rentals as some places are very strict with drop off and pick up times. Kenji basically was nearly open to any time.

This is a big deal if you are renting a location and there is an event before hand and you can't setup until a certain time. So major points on that. Overall, everything was perfect and had no issues with my experience with Jump N Party.

Weather on Saturday was going to be 100 degrees so I decided to rent a jumper for my children last minute looked up a few company's and called and no one could deliver day of. Jump N Party was my last call and the owner fit us in, delivered a brand new jumper and at an affordable price. Great customer service and my children enjoyed it for hours on an extremely hot day.

No stars. This guy's idea of customer service is to yell and threaten you if you do something he doesn't like. I reserved a party game and then canceled within 15 hours, leaving a very polite message and thanking him for the help. He called back to let me know that it was "not cool" to cancel and that he suspected from the beginning that I would cancel so he never reserved the equipment for me, then hung up.

I called right back (he didn't answer) and left him a message letting him know I didn't appreciate the scolding and that he really should have a better policy toward reservations and cancellations than simply getting mad at prospective customers. He decided to call back so we could argue and really get loud. Fun stuff! Then he threatened me "I know where you live." Kind of ominous. I would recommend you steer very clear of this guy.

Kenji and his team are awesome! We have used them several times for our girls birthday parties and everything's always been great. He often books up on his delivers and we get the bouncer the night before the party for no extra cost which the kids love. The jumpers are clean and he has a great selection of themed fronts for any party theme.

We rented the water slide jumper. Customer service was great. The owner also included tables and chairs. The equipment was clean and looked great. I will definitely rent from them again for our next event.

Needed a bounce house for our block party and wasn't happy with the prices and selections available until I came across JUMP N PARTY RENTALS. They have a great selection and I found exactly what I needed for half the price of the other sites I found. Kenji took my reservation and his crew was right on time. They set up and made sure to spray and wipe the inside amd outside before the kids went inside. At pick up the crew arrived at the perfect time and wrapped everything up in 10 minutes. GREAT COMPANY & I WILL BE USING THEM FROM NOW ON!

I had a last minute event and was searching for party rental places and came across Jump n Play on Google. I called Kenji and he we extremely helpful and friendly. He was very accomidadting with our schedule and was reasonably priced. We will definitely use him again for future events!

After reading stellar reviews of this company on Yelp, I decided to contact this company for rental information for an upcoming party. I e-mailed a few standard questions regarding set-up and pricing (and included party day/time/etc) and I promptly got a reply to call him. I promptly called and left a voicemail but never heard back from Kenji. Very disappointing.

We made arrangements with Kenji about a month before our child's First Communion celebration for 40 people. We are happy that Jump N Party had our chairs and tables delivered at the time we asked for and were hauled away after the party. We'll definitely call Jump N Party again for party rentals. Thank you so much!

Jump N Party is fabulous! Really nice people, very clean rental, and prompt! And not to mention the party was a blast with the things we rented! For some reason, when I think of renting from places, I always think that something is going to go wrong - they'll forget, they'll get lost, they won't have something. But not with Jump N Party! If you have to rent fun party supplies, I highly suggest Jump N Party.
