Don't rent from this place unless you want your lids to cling and slide on a MOLDY water slide. Obviously they don't clean nor dry them

Super Customer Service! We rented table/chairs, and tent covering for a birthday event. When items delivered, the table covers were not the right size, and we were short a couple of the covers. The delivery was late afternoon and they offered to correct the problem early the next morning which was day of our event. I expressed some concern that such a delivery might delay our set up time line. But, they came to the rescue!

They had someone deliver them that evening! (and I'm pretty sure that person did it on their way home) I see 100% focus on Customer Service. I'd not hesitate to recommend them for any event you may be planning. Thanks, Jump 'n Jump! You made our day.

I ordered a dunk tank for the kids for my sons 8th birthday 4/9/2022. The dunk tank did not work. When I called jump -n- jump to notify them what was happening, I was told to send Them a video of the dunk tank not working so they can tell me what was wrong. As if I could really figure out what was wrong with the dunk tank thru a phone call with them and have me try to fix it while they walked me through the steps.

Who has the time for that?! When we received the dunk tank, it was dusty and dirty, as if it was stored somewhere for a long time. The dunk tank's sit was not locking so the kids were unable To use the dunk tank during the party. When I asked for my money back, or at least half of my money back, I was told "there is a no money back policy" and I could not get my money back.

It was very disappointing, this was my second year ordering from jump n jump, and as a continued customer, they should have given me at least half of my money. I basically paid 250$ for something that didn't work. It was their responsibility to make sure the dunk tank was working b4 delivering it to me. All it did was give me anxiety and more stress to deal with. It was very disappointing. I will not do business with jump n jump again. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, YOU WILL NOT GET UR MONEY BACK.

They had the perfect Mickey Mouse bouncer for my son's birthday! Great price, easy communication, punctual delivery. Bouncer was clean and perfect size for my event. Looking forward to using them again in the future!

They really came through in a very professional and efficient manner. Got the perfect bouncer for my daughters birthday party. They also added same day pickup. Highly recommend this place to any and everybody.

I've never had any problems with any workers or products I'm renting. About three years renting from them. Great customer service from Mimi as well.

I was in need of getting tables And chairs on short notice and I was really just searching everywhere to find something that was quick and yet affordable. Thankfully I didn't have to look for it all it was very close to where I am I just moved to my new home and they were on budget plus they have discounts that they offered During that time so always be on the lookout for discounts that they may offer maybe season ones are holiday ones whatever maybe that really did help out to!

And I got everything exactly the day I needed it and everything was returned on a timely manner and I was really happy with the customer service that they provided and everything went well I can't complain at all in fact I just can suggest this to everyone who is looking to rent tables chairs jumpers you name it they got it! I really appreciate how honest and hard-working this company is you will not be disappointed I don't understand some of the reviews on here because that's not at all the experience that I had so very thankful for everybody at jump in jump for the service and I can't wait to continue to do business with you

HOLY GRAIL! I was frantically looking for a jumper a day before my god daughters birthday worrying it was too late I found this place and they got it done! I absolutely loved the huge selection of themes and types of jumpers! It was the highlight of her party and at such a great price! It was so tough to find a matching jumper to fit the theme of my god daughters party but when I explained everything I wanted the ladies there helped me throughout all the best fits and chose out the right ones with me and got it all done!

Thank you manager Mimi The drivers experienced was so sharp, clean, efficient and patient! The driver (Emilio arrived the exact minute they advised me) thank you! With different vendors setting up, the drivers were so patient and helped set up in just the exact spot and were very Covid professional which meant everything to me and my family! 10/10 I'll be here to purchase again!

I ordered 2 round tables, a long table, chairs and a jumper. Well the long table I didn't get, they forgot it! I also paid an additional $40 for same day pick up and nobody ever came to pick up their equipment! I had to call them repeatedly to come get their stuff out of my yard! When the drivers did arrive we offered them water and they asked for " modelo" beer!

Well here we are 2 weeks later and they're now ignoring all my attempts to get my refund! Which explains why they take cash only upon delivery! I would never ever use them or recommend them to my enemy. I can't believe their service

Extremely rude, snotty and sarcastic. I've rented with them about two times and this weekend was the last. I was told jumper, tables and chairs were getting picked up from 10am-1pm.nothing! Then 3pm-4pm.still nothing! Called back and lady could not give me a time and rudely placed me on hold. Called back and Vanessa answered very sarcastically and said "they just left.so maybe 15 mins". Nice to know they JUST LEFT! Waited the whole day! Bad service.

I don't know where to begin on this review! If I could rate this with zero stars I most definitely would! My order was quite simple, 8 tables, 45 chairs and 11 white table linens. When my order was delivered, the tables and chairs were in pretty bad shape and very filthy as if they were picked up from one party and dropped off at another right after without cleaning!

Not to mention that only 11 of the 45 chairs were actually in good condition! The tables had colored ribbon taped to most of them and were pretty disgusting. The linens I ordered were horrible! Stains on almost each one I received! When I called to get replacements the person I spoke with had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told that the chairs and tables were cleaned before every delivery, clearly as you can see in the photos below they are not.

I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely not be using them again. If you're thinking of utilizing this company for your next event, please look else where and safe yourself a headache!

Super happy that we used Jump N Jump for my sons 3rd birthday party. This company has a very easy online reservation system, they followed up with great communication, delivered and picked up their jumper right on time. I will recommend them to all my family and friends and definitely use them again in the future.

If you want to rent anything from this business don't! I reserved a dunk tank for two weekends and the first one I had to cancel my event! My window for drop off was between 9-11 and they never showed up! I kept calling them and they stated their driver had a emergency and they were behind! By 2 pm they still weren't there so I canceled!

When speaking to the girl she said she would call me to update me on the driver status and she never did! I always called her! Then the following weekend I asked if we could get a earlier drop off due to what happened the previous weekend I was told they would leave a note for the driver. Guess what they were still late! I would give them a 0 rating because they were horrible!

This company is horrible, I've been using them for the past three years. They are a local business and I'm all about supporting small business in my community but they just keep on disappointing me and this was the last straw for me. I put in a request in April and my event was in July and they still messed up my order. I called a few days before to make sure that they had the right pinata for my son's party and they still brought the wrong pinata and charged us for it, the jumper was very filthy and dirty they arrived late like always. I will not recommend jump N jump to help with your parties.

Hello, I have been dealing w my good freind Martin for many years, he has always been there for me I appreciate the help, the service was excellent got the water slide a couple of days before my daughters b day, customer service representative was knowledgeable, delivery people were great I do recommend jumpnjump for rentals and for purchasing as they are also a manufacturer

My party was a success because of the water slide I rented from Jump-n-Jump. My sons and their cousins had a blast. Martin and the manager of Jump-in-Jump are extremely helpful and made the rental process very pleasant. I will definitely rent from them again.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I threw a party for my son, we rented a large double slide, a combo bounce house & cotton candy machine. Drop off was scheduled Friday evening but received a call hours past the drop off that the driver got in a terrible accident and wouldn't make it. I said no problem I hope he's okay and I'll See them in the morning. (Saturday was our party) I was running errands while the men dropped Off the bounce houses so my husband opened the gate and let them do their set up.

When I came home I noticed my two little Boys completely black in dirt. They had went down the slide a few times before the party and were completely filthy! I went up the slide to take a look and it was disgusting! So dirty, dried mud and leaves from god knows how long ago. Then I investigated the combo bounce house. There was dry throw up and black residue all over!

It smelled horrible! One hour before the party and I'm panicking. 80 people Were about to Show up so I frantically call the company. A sweet girl picked up and said there was no drivers available to come out and clean that they were swamped and to call in the morning to complain. Because of Covid I figured they would pull all the stops To CLEAN AND DISINFECT before allowing other customers to rent!

I was mortified that there was zero resolution. The night goes forward and I bust out the cotton candy machine! I think okay these kids will love this and hopefully be distracted! NO JOKE THE MACHINE WAS BROKEN! It didn't work at all! I had a line of 15 kids and it didn't make one serving of cotton candy! I called again and the lady on the phone apologized and said please call in the morning they will refund your $650!

So I call the next Morning and got no answer, they said the manager would give Me a call back two days later I try again I finally get the manager on the phone. She has the nerve to tell me it's my fault for not inspecting the jumper and cotton candy machine before I used them! What the heck?! I've rented so many jumpers and never had to get my ass in it to inspect it.

Let alone the cotton machine!? She was so incredibly rude To me and was not accommodating what so ever. She talked down at me and was insistent that it was my fault for not checking. I was refused a refund and when she mentioned I could have credit my calls and voicemails were never ever returned so I could book again. $650 for a disgusting jumper and broken cotton candy machine! What kind of buisness do you run?! You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! They promised me 1pm and at 5 pm (30 kids later) I have zero bounce house and dunk tank! I called 10 plus times and every single time was lie and another lie. I want to give this place zero stars! BEWARE!

Honest Review: Party package is actually a really good deal. I called multiple time prior to placing my order. I was given a 10% discount, and was told my order would arrive between 9:00am-11:00am. I called 5 days prior to our event to confirm my booking. I was speaking with the manager MiMi. I was told the discount would be takin away since I was already getting a deal on the package they provide.

I was upset, but whatever still a decent deal. I was then told there was a " website glitch" stating the drop off would be between 11:00am-1:00pm. Now I'm pissed, but nothing I can do since everyone else is sold out. Trust me I called everywhere! I wrote them a very long email explaining the situation. Two days go by and I call once more just to confirm nothing else changed from my last conversation with this company. WHAT DO YOU KNOW!

Now I'm going to get my jumper at the original time, and guess what MiMi completely forgot who I was, and didn't remember telling me any of that. Only reason they get two starts is because of the nice workers who dropped off the jumper, and tables. My kids had a blast. But! I called the next day to confirm what time they are picking up their equipment. MiMi answers and said oh wait you don't know?

We called you or the other number listed on your account yesterday we can't pick up today, pick up has been rescheduled for tomorrow. Due to their lack of employees. Whatever I'll hold it for them one night. Now! The next day, same issue. My hubby called and asked ETA of pick up? But guess what! MiMi said they have over 112 jumpers out and not enough employees to pick up all of 112.

This point I'm pissed, I called and she said they can't pick up. You can keep it one more day free of charge. Mind you this jumper in on my drive way we are basically guarding it day/night from being stollen. You know what she asked me. Do you live in a bad area "LOL". This is what they are concerned with? I had to inform her I am not storing their equipment for free, and it's not my problem with how you run your business and how you do not have enough man power to pick up all of 112 jumpers.

I will be charging them a storage fee if they don't pick up. Well they sure picked it up. I really don't understand how people can run their business like this. never using this company again. I wish I would have spent a little more money for a reliable, professional company! Go else where! What makes this whole situation with them worse is every time I called I spoke to the same person, and she claims to never have spoken to me and not remember our conversation.

Where do I start? First off let me begin by saying I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. For one they called me 2 days before my party and asked if they can deliver my stuff a day early and I told them yes no problem. They told me that they would deliver between 10am-3pm, after waiting at home (I had a ton of things to do to get ready for the party) and waisting pretty much my whole day they called me at 3:30 pm to tell me the driver got sick and they would have to deliver it the next day between 9am-11am.

They could have called me and let me know that way earlier so I wasn't sitting at home waiting for nothing. So the next day(day of party) it was already 11:30 when I realized no one had came yet. So I called them and after 4-5 times of calling they answered and the lady said that she would call her driver and find out what's going on but never called me back.

So I waited another hour and still no delivery and at this time my party was about to start. My dad ended up calling them for me and the lady(who was supposedly the manager ) told him that she would call the driver and see what's going on and call back. But again she never called. We started getting very irritated because we had a bunch of 13 year olds with nothing to do.

When we called yet again the lady said that they are really busy and kept telling us the same thing bout trying to contact driver. so my dad asked bout getting a discount for the inconvenience and the lady told him ya that they would give us half off. So when the driver finally arrived well after the party started we told the driver bout the discount so he had to call the lady to confirm it and she lied and said she never said it.

My dad had his phone on speaker phone when she said she would give a 50% discount so several people heard her say it and she said she never said anything like that. So apparently this business is extremely dishonest. There equipment is filthy and doesn't even work right. The tables had bout 4-5 different colored party decorations taped to them so they obviously they don't clean them. I wish I would've read the reviews before I decided to go with this place because there is a lot of complaints. If your thinking about using this place, don't. Go elsewhere.

When talking to customers and on emails it should have the exact time that the rental items are going to be dropped off and picked up instead of making people wait all day long for your company to come and pick them up when they feel like they are good and ready. We have been waiting for 2 days for your company to pick up the tables and chairs. This is ridiculous.

We have things to do. If you tell a customer you will pick it at 8am keep your word. Or tell them between 9am and 11am the following day for pickup and still not show up. We have stuff to do and get done we don't have time to wait around all day. The table and chairs were extremely dirty we had washed them with soap and water and bleach. And still turned around and disinfected them for who ever had to use them next.

When we called to complain about the dirtiness and if we would get a discount from our rental because we had to take a extra time to clean them for my babyshower all we got was excuses and no apology. And to think my sister and sister in law was going to use this company for there own babyshower and sons birthday party. Hard pass go somewhere else.

Poor customer service all the way around. You get told one thing and they seem nice about it but you call back get someone else all they say is will our contact say this this that. However your contact that you gave me doesn't say this this and that. And still no one has been by to pick up the tables and chairs this is unacceptable and unprofessional. Dead serious.

WORST experience I've ever had with party rentals in my life! Our party was yesterday and I had ordered a mechanical bull which was suppose to arrive between 1-3 pm my party started @5. I actually called at 1 to ensure everything would arrive on time and was notified that the driver was on his way. I continued getting things ready and realized it was now 3:05 and no arrival yet so I called again and was told that the driver should've been here and they would call the driver and get back to me.

I waited a whole hour no one called me. I called again around 4 and they kept hanging up on me or sending me to voice mail. I couldn't get through until 4:40 and when I finally get a person they put me on hold! Never picked up and hang up on me again! I immediately called back and notified them that if the bull would not be here in the next 10 minutes to cancel my order since our party was about to start and to no surprise the driver never showed!

The whole point of booking in advance and reserving the items is to ensure things like this don't happen. I trusted them to do their job right and was astonished at the unprofessionalism displayed, lack of communication and failure to deliver. This is definitely a company that can't be trusted and will never use again!

As I read the last review I could not help to relate to it so much! I should have known from renting jumpers from here before their timing is horrible. Called me day before my delivery to drop off early ya they never showed and day off event should have been dropped off by 11 and didn't show up until hours later. How ridiculous! Sure the price may be the cheapest but if you want your rentals at a certain time DO NOT count on them to be there when you need them.

And don't except them to give you any updates whoever answers the phone will just tell you they will be there don't worry. Ya you lost a customer, this wasn't the first time and I gave them not one but two chances and always the same.!

Jump N Jump always comes through and has great prices. Their selection of jumpers exceed some of the other places I've used in the past. They ALWAYS have what I am looking for. And if it's not in stock, they have a back up that's either the same or better. Both times I used their services it was extremely easy to place my order. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Even going as far as calling back if they see that they missed a call from me. When the delivery date finally roles around, they have stuck to the delivery window, and it's usually on the earlier side rather than later. And a major plus, both times I have been able to keep the unit for the entire weekend! Side note - Each unit was very clean on arrival!
