Jolly Jumps

I have used Jolly Jumps services once, delivery & pick up went smoothly the jumper was clean, my son enjoyed it so much. The real reason why they deserve their 5 stars is their customer service, I placed a reservation recently for another party, I made my deposit but 3 days before the party we unfortunately had to cancel everything. I called Jolly Jumps to request cancelation & they treated me so well despite the loss for their business, they returned my deposit without question. They will for sure be my got to bounce house rental company for the long run.

I have used jolly jumps for the past 4 years to keep the kids occupied at my annual mothers day event. They have excellent communication, always show up at the times they commit to as well as their drivers being professional and efficient. The equipment is always clean of newer age. Ashish the owner is always available and is a pleasure to work with.

Jolly Jumps came through for me for the past three years. In March of this year (2022), I got the call for a Kidney Transplant surgery and had to cancel my daughter's birthday party and Jolly Jumps gladly refunded me my deposit. They are professional and courteous. I highly recommend their service!

Excellent service and communication. They arrived on time to setup and did a great job. Kids loved the bounce house. I would definitely recommend them and used them in the future.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered the pink and purple jumper/slide. It was a bit dirty when it arrived. The driver called the owner and he showed up 15 minutes later and made it SPOTLESS. He apologized and was so kind about it. The kids had a great time and it was a hit! Will definitely work with them again.

I was renting inflatable's for a school carnival and a week before the event, the company I was using canceled my order and they were no longer able to help. Jolly Jumps was absolutely amazing! Immediately addressed my issue, got me the rentals I needed as well as all of the necessary paperwork for the school district. On the day of the event they showed up right on time for drop off and pick up and the inflatables were perfect! I would highly recommend Jolly Jumps and we will definitely be using them for our future for school events.

Decided to call them due to the large inventory and options they had online. So glad I did! Rented the water tag arena for my son's 13th birthday. When they arrived to deliver and set up, they were on time and made sure I was happy with the location before they secured it. Once it was blown up, I noticed it was a lot shorter (totally my fault for not checking the specs) and was so worried that my son and his friends would not like it or think it was too childish.

They all loved it and had so much fun! They also included 10 water canons, a nice surprise that I didn't expect. I was told they would pick up at 5pm and they were right on time. Thanks Jolly Jumps for a great experience!

Absolutely amazing! The ease of booking via online makes this busy mom so happy! They arrived at a pre determined time and set up was so quick. Friendly service and the bounce house was clean and enjoyed by all. (I can't believe I got in a bounce house!) We can't wait to use Jolly Jumps again.

We've used this company a couple times now and have had great service from them. No issues at all from start to finish and more importantly, no issues with the jolly jump. They are very responsive and overall a great company to work with. The drivers and installers were professional and friendly each time. We will continue to use them for any party in the future.

My daughter and all of her friends had a blast in the castle jumper! Set up was quick and easy as was break down. They made it such an easy process! We will definitely be getting a jumper again in the future from them. Highly recommend!

Overall excellent service. Great communication between emails and text messages. Ontime drop off (early even) and ontime pickup. There were some cheetos from the last party still in the jumper and I didn't have to ask when I saw the installer pull out his blower and get rid of them. I'll be using Jolly Jump again.

We had a wonderful experience with Jolly Jumps renting our daughter's 4th birthday party bouncer/slide combo. Jolly Jumps had excellent and professional communication. The unit was very reasonably priced. The drop off/pickup was timely. The unit itself was in great condition and very clean. Highly recommend!

Called on a Friday had bounce house delivered on Sunday. Quick set up, punctual with drop off and pick up. I have used them about 4 times over the years always a good experience!

They showed up on time, were set up in minutes. The jumper was clean and in great condition. The kids loved it. They showed up to pack up and remove it when scheduled. This was our first time renting a jump house and the whole process was really easy. We selected what we wanted online and we're able to pay online as well as sign all the paperwork. They reached out to us via text to confirm details. We had to reschedule due to illness and they were so easy to work with and moved our date (twice!) without issue - we made sure to alert them before the cut off time they requested.

The delivery and set up was seamless and the team was professional. Pick up was also easy and quick. The jump house itself was in good condition and worked well. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be using them again.

Jolly Jumps was a great addition to our party! The staff arrived with our jumper earlier than expected. The kids had a wonderful time! Pick-up the next day was a piece of cake and the price for the rental was more affordable for the length of time that we had the rental than other companies we have used in the past. Great company! Great selection of bounce houses. They make the whole process so easy. You can book and pay online, and they send a contract to sign ahead of time, so all they do on the day of the event is come set up the bounce house. They text the day before with a delivery window. They arrive on time, behave professionally, and handle the setup and breakdown quickly. We have rented three bounce houses, and I would definitely call them again.
