Nice guy he actually gave me a chance to come help him but I couldn't make it to the job because I got a bunch of haters.

I wish it was zero stars I could give them. They are really some crooked people! They took my 300 dollars! Went to the place to pickup my bouncer and they were closed. So they took my money and I didn't get a bouncer at all.

We've rented a bounce house and combo from here twice. Both times have been amazing. We opted for pick up/return which saved some $ and it was easy enough to set up. I was a little apprehensive bc the reviews are either great or crazy. The crazy ones have to be people who don't pay attention to the directions. Overall great experiences both times and will be renting from here again!

I contacted them regarding a rental and was not at all pleased with the process. There is an 18 page rental contract to read, sign and agree to first of all! The weekend I needed they only had pick up available, which I was fine with, but there is a limited return window on Sunday. Their late fees are outrageous if you miss them. Half the cost of the rental if you return it by noon and the full cost of the rental after that.

No one intends to be late but life happens and those are exorbitant late fees. Due to all of this I chose not to rent from them so I can't speak of service or employees so I will leave it at this.

I would recommend using this company BIG TIME. I could not have asked for a more smooth experience. First the company I had booked canceled on me 3 days before a party, I had booked and planned months ago. After calling several places with no luck, I was extremely grateful for the response I received from them. They were able to save my sons birthday and had it ready to go. If anyone wants a easy hassle free experience I most definitely recommend using Go Inflatables for your next event.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE IF THEY WON'T DELIVER! 50% LATE FEE! If I could rate it 0 stars, I WOULD! The customer service is absolutely terrible! We rented a double sided water slide and it was great, but Go Inflatables wouldn't get someone out to set it up for us, so they convinced us it will easily fit in a pickup truck with no problems. We had a family friend let us borrow a truck but the experience was awful.

They loaded it for us with a forklift. When it was time to pack it up, the 6 of us couldn't get it in the truck and we didn't have the tools to lift the 300 something pound slide in! We called for help but the time was close to 3PM and they refused to send someone out to help us. Also, we couldn't even leave the slide there once we finally got it in the truck.

My 0 star review is this! They said when we left that it would a $50 late fee if it was a day late. But when we returned it, the manager was rude and said it was supposed to be a 50% LATE FEE of the entire price of the slide! Absolutely ridiculous! The manager ended up saying she would allow the $50 late fee but would change the paper work on future slides rented to customers. This was a extremely frustrating situation and we will NEVER rent from this company again!

I rented the Lava Waterslide from Go Inflatables last Saturday for a party I was having. I chose the customer pick up and drop off option so that it would be cheaper. When I picked up the waterslide we noticed there was a hole in it that the workers did not notice before loading it into my truck. When the owner saw this hole he demanded that his workers load a new slide into my truck that was the same size as the original, just different colors.

This was perfectly fine with me and he apologized for the inconvenience which was very nice. This showed GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE which I really appreciated. The slide turned about to be a big hit at my party and I'm very happy we were given a new slide! Next time I will probably pay extra for them to drop it off and pick it up though. It is A LOT OF WORK setting up and taking down an 20' tall and 30' long slide!

I placed a $200 order last summer but ending up having to cancel because the military moved my friend before her going away party. The owner refused a refund but told me he would give me a credit. I called over a year later to see if he would still honor the credit. He told me I had 6 months to use the credit (which was never stated prior) but would let me rent a small bounce house valued much less that $200.

I agreed nonetheless so I wasn't completely out of the $200. A few weeks before my event, he called and forgot about our arrangement. He then told me I had to pay $50 service/ cleaning fee but he would upgrade my to the bounce house/ slide combo. To avoid conflict and loss of the "credit", I agreed although I was very upset with the sudden charge.

We never discussed any payment when I called prior. At this point, I've given the company $250. I elected to pick up my own rental and when I went to return it at the time given to me, no one answered the door. An employee later admitted he was there but didn't answer the door bell, our door knocks, phone calls, or emails stating we were there. I also spent money on renting a trailer to carry the bouncy house.

I left after 30 minutes of waiting for someone to answer the door. In the end, the bounce house was in great condition and my children had a blast with the rental but I will not be a return customer.

Been renting from go inflatables (Nick) for 13 years. Always has the best selection best price. Just all-around amazing. I Always refer go inflatables and no one else best experience ever!

I rented the double lane slide or as the kids call it "the racing each other slide". They had so much fun. The owner was great and worked with me to schedule a date with good weather and then even let me pick it up and then they came and packed it up. I'll be back for a water slide come summer. P.S. Thanks for the last minute add on of the tables and chairs
