I used this place to hire a live Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story character to make an appearance. It was for a special even at a movie theater. We did like a promo there for the new Toy Story movie and we thought it would be a really fun idea to have Buzz himself come out in person to watch the movie! It worked out great and it was a really fun unexpected promo and surprise for the kids.

It was easy to work with the agency and I made the arrangements in a couple of short phone calls. I was VERY impressed with the queslity of the Buzz costume that they use. It looks really professional and for something you get from a local company it seems like they use high quality mascots. We do these promos couple times a year so I would definitely consider them for the future.

I was looking for anywhere I could rent or hire an actual Jimmy Neutron costume character for a kid's event. The problem was no one around here has that character available for rent. So after searching around a while I ended up finding this place, and I was surprised to see that they actually DO have the costume and it looks great! They can rent you the costume - they don't have someone to come out and wear it - but it's actually a better deal to just rent the costume and wear it on your own.

Their costume is awesome, it was brand new and looks super cool. We rented it for 4 days and used it a few times for a couple hours. It was clean on the inside and seemed very covid - safe. It was definitely a bit hot on the inside to wear but we only kept it on for like an hour or so at a time. It was pretty easy to see out of and for just basic stuff like picture taking etc it wsa just fine. The rental process was very easy and the company really came through for us. Next time we do this I will absolutely get in touch with them!

I used this company to rent an Elmo birthday party character. It was for an Elmo sesame street style party that we did at our house. It was in the backyard, there were about 20 kids there in all mostly ages about 3-5/ They loved the Elmo that came out. It was a really cute costume and it looked like the sesame street Elmo. He brought out a bunch of little games and activities to do with the kids.

It was for about an hour, was a little bit expensive like $250 for the hour but it was worth it cause the Elmo performer brought a lot of stuff to do with the kids. He did the stuff that's listed on their company's website like Hokey Pokey, limbo game and stuff like that. For the last 20 minutes, we had Elmo there while we brought out the birthday cake and sang happy bday with all the kids gathered around.

We got some really nice pics and the other parents were really happy. Lots of them asked where we got the Elmo. It seems like a really fun thing to do for a little kid's party especially if there are a lot of kids. For a once a year type thing it's good even for the amount of money it costs.

I found this company online when I was looking for somewhere to rent an adult sized Daniel Tiger mascot costume. It was for a school event for about 100+ kids, mostly ages 4-7. We needed to have the Daniel Tiger character for a long time, so it definitely made more sense to just rent the costume and get an adult here to wear it instead of hiring a live performer for an entire day.

We actually needed the costume for flexible hours too, so the rental was obviously more in line with what we needed. The price for the rental was pretty reasonable, we actually got to keep the costume for a few days and it was around $200.00. I'd say the rental process was pretty straight forward. I emailed them a couple times with questions and also to get a pic of how the costume actually looked.

Both times I got a response back pretty fast like in less than half an hour. Their costume looked GREAT, and I was really happy to see when it arrived that it did look like the pics they had sent me. I'd say it's good for an adult to wear, it maybe takes a little bit of help getting it on which is why we had a couple people to assist the person wearing it.

But all in all it fit great and looked great. The kids loved it, and the whole rental and return process was pretty easy. I like their selection of costumes so it's pretty likely we will do this again maybe for something seasonal or a holiday theme type mascot.

I used this company to rent one of the Paw Patrols Skye mascot costumes. It was for a girl's 3rd bday party. We had thought about hiring a live party character to come out but it was a small party and we really didn't want to spend the extra money to hire a live person. It's pretty expensive where we are located to hire live characters.

So we just rented the mascot and that turned out great. You can see in the pics that it's a good looking costume. It really does look like Skye from the tv shows and the fit was great. It definitely worked within our budget, we got the costume on the Thursday before the party so we actually ended up getting to use it for 4 whole days. Totally worth it for the money.

It was pretty easy to wear the costume, yes it's hot inside and a little bit hot to wear for long periods but I think you could basically say that about more or less any mascot costume. The main thing is that the bday girl was super happy and it added a nice touch to our party event. It was pretty easy to order from their website and then we just dropped it at the post office when we were done with it on Monday.

I just worked with this company to arrange for a Chase Paw Patrol party mascot to come out to a special event we had at our local fire station. It was for a safety awareness training day for kids ages 1 - 12. We thought it would be always fun to have a mascot character and since Chase is a dalmation dog and a fire dog it seemed like the perfect fit.

I was really excited to see that this company has Chase and they also have live performers to send out to parties. We got a slightly discounted rate because we are a non profit which I thought was very cool of them. We also got a better deal because we hired the character for a few hours, basically for our whole event which lasted from 2pm - 6pm. They worked with us on the price and also were able to accomodate exactly the time frame that we needed, which was great.

I had a fine experience making the arrangements and the whole thing went super smooth. They confirmed everything with me several times so I was always definitely confident that their performer was going to show up on time, which he did. The guy who wore the costume was really patient with the kids and did a great job. I hope we are able to do something similiar to this again next year.

I wanted to rent a funny type of Bear mascot costume for an adult to wear. It was to surprise one of our co-workers on her birthday. We thought about what we could do that would be fun and unexpected, and someone suggested we get a costume character to show up and give her flowers and a couple of other fun presents. This is her last birthday with the company before she leaves so we wanted to do something fun and also unexpected.

I called a few places but couldn't really find the right one, either they didn't have any mascots available or they had the basic kids stuff like Elmo or Mickey Mouse. But we wanted something not from a kids tv show. Someone I work with found this place online and it worked out PERFECT. They had a really fun, cute little adult sized bear mascot costume which they rent out.

You can order it online and they ship it right to you. Since we wanted it to be a surprise, instead of having it shipped to our business we just had it sent to the home of someone who works in the company. Then we brought it in a big plastic bag to work and hid it away in a closet for the right time. It worked out great, she was super surprised and everyone had a good laugh.

She loved it and she was very touched that we thought about her to do something special on her bday. The costume looked great, we had a lady here about 5/4 wear it I think it would still have fit someone much bigger, basically seemed like a one size fits all type deal. It was simple to wear and fairly comfortable for the person inside. The company was easy to deal with and we got a UPS tracking number so we always knew ahead of time what day it was coming. Easy process and it worked for our budget and what we were trying to do for the party.

We rented the Blippi costume character performer from this place. It was for a 3 year olds bday party we had the party at his school. All his little friends were there and it was super cute to see them interacting with the character. Blippi came out for a hour and did some simple party games with everyone. The kids loved him and the Blippi mascot that they use looks great.

It looks just like the cartoon character. I would say for kids under about 7 or so this is a good party idea, after that they are maybe too big to really enjoy a mascot costume character for for little kids it's just perfect.

I just rented a Cocomelon JJ character from here. It was a little expensive $350 for just one hour but the upside was they did an amazing job. The Cocomelon mascot costume they use is totally legit and looks fantastic. The kids had no idea it was a person in a mascot. The lady wearing the costume was fun and brought out some games and little toys for everyone.

One hour was more than enough because the kids were small and mostly just seeing Cocomelon in person was enough for them. Plus we got some super cute pics. If you want a little treat and you don't mind paying a little more for higher quality, I'd say this is a good place to start.

I rented a castle style bouncehouse and a Chase Paw Patrol costume character from this place. The jumper was cute and it arrived on time looked pretty clean and new. They set it up in our front yard it was there for our whole party about 6-7 hours or so. For the character our party was a Paw Patrols theme so we hired a Chase to come out for just an hour and meet the kids.

He played some songs and took pics with everyone. Both items went really well and I like being able to do everything with just a couple emails instead of running around to a bunch of different places.

We just hired a facepainter from this place. They have clowns and stuff like that but we didn't want a full on actual clown because the kids get scared. So we just had someone come in for a couple hours and do face painting and they were wearing a colorful outfit but no clown makeup or anything scary like that. The face painting was great, she was fast and in 2 hours she was able to get everyone done.

The lady's name was Linda and she was very nice. She kept it moving and she was organized which was good because there were a lot of kids like 23 in all so she had to be organized to get everyone done in the time she was there. She maybe stayed an extra 15 minutes or so which was super nice of her. The price was reasonable to have someone come out to our location.

We rented the petting zoo/pony ride combo party pack. What a great idea! This party service was Awesome! They dressed up the pony like a unicorn and the selection of animals for the petting zoo was great! Sheila and her family were very professional and very friendly, making our experience top-notch! I would highly recommend using Funfactoryparties.com if you want to really step-up your party! We will be using these guys in the future again for sure! The Sparlin Family

We just hired 2 super cute Woody and Jessie from Toy Story birthday characters. We wanted to do one of each for a boy and a girl so it was great they had those two. The characters come out fully dressed in mascots and they are the actual Woody and Jessie from Toy Story. They look great and in addition to coming out to meet the kids the play little songs and games.

We had them out for a couple hours cause we had a lot of people there were something like 60 in all so two hours seemed like the right amount. The characters looked great and their costumes were in good shape. The two ladies who came out and were actually wearing the costumes did a nice job. I know it's probably hard to stay inside a big costume like that for a couple hours but they were energetic and they totally made it work. We gave them a good tip because they really kept the fun going the whole time.

I used this place to hire a Mirable kids mascot character for an Encanto theme child's party. We had her come out for 2 hours and she did a bunch of music and party games with the kids. Her costume looked awesome and very much like the actual Mirabel from Encanto. All the kids were super happy to see Mirabel especially our daughter the birthday girl.

It was great to be able to do something that fit with our party theme and also made her so happy. The lady who was wearing the costume was fun and energetic and made sure everyone had a great time. For an Encanto type party I would recommend this place, hopefully they will get some more of the characters in the future because right now Mirabel is the only one they have but they said they might get more down the road.

We rented a Elmo character entertainer from this company and it was so fun! Elmo had tons of energy and he was dancing with all the kids and the bday boy looooved it! It was soooo cute lol. We had a video and we were watching the whole thing after and totally laughing. The Elmo guy had his own stuff to do but actually the kids were just so into dancing and hugging with Elmo that we ended up letting that stuff go and just videoing the kids and letting them have fun. The Elmo suit looked great and you could tell by the kids reaction they were totally into it. It was a super nice addition to our Sesame Street party and totally worth it.

Jeff Herring owner/broker is very unprofessional. Misquoted charged extra for mileage after deposited was already paid and amounted quoted. Jeff would not reply back to emails. A 14 year old girl come and tried and handle pony rides up and down the block(while and adult sat in truck!) They did not pick up horse poop my neighbors were furious!

Our son loves Mario both the movies and games, so we thought it would be really fun to surprise him with a visit from Super Mario himself at his 6th bday party. He's actually getting a little older to still be interested in characters so we figured this was the last shot to do something like that. No one in our area has the Mario party character but we found this place and they have an awesome one!

They had a pic on the website but just to make sure we asked for an alternative pic. They emailed us one and we went for it. It did look just like the pic! So fun to see the surprise on our son's face. He may be getting old enough to not quite be into party characters as much, but he just couldn't help himself cause he loves Mario so much. It was cute and fun and a nice party surprise.

SCAM SCAM SCAM they have the worst customer service they do not ever and have not ever answered my phone calls or returned my phone calls! The have only emailed me back & text they are not professional they scammed me out of my deposit! I initially put The place of the party would be in Sacramento natomas at Linden park. Today I'll check my email just to see if they sent me anything to pay the remainder balance and I go back to my receipts and I see that they have a Oakland address at the end of my Sacramento place where the party was going to be I reached out to them telling them this is the wrong information my party is not in Oakland and they tell me CONVERSATION IN PICTURES.

I can't believe it, we just found a real life Blippy costume character to come out to our party! Soooo excited as our little girl looooves Blippy and nobody in this area has that character yet. We can't WAIT! I really didn't think I'd even be able to find anyone around here that has Blippy because it's such a new character, but apparently this company has pretty much all the popular characters.

I'm so glad because our whole party theme is Blippy and our 4 year old just loves that character to death. They sent me pics of the costume, it's brand new and looks amazing. Can't wait to see the look on her face!

I just recently found this place when I was looking for somewhere to rent a superhero birthday party character to come out to our son's 5th birthday party. He really likes Spiderman and Batman and it turns out this company has both of those, so we had them both come. It's a little bit pricey but it's been a while since he got to do anything fun due to covid so we decided it was worth it to splurge a little bit.

We're glad we did, it was a lot of fun and the characters brought a bunch of games to do with the kids. Our son was super excited and it definitely made his bday party a good time.

We had rented a little petting zoo for a toddler birthday party from this company. They do pony rides and stuff too but this time around we just got the zoo. It was cute, I think the animals were chickens, a few bunnies a couple baby goats and a sheep. Might have been a couple other ones. They set up a little fence area to keep the animals inside.

There's a person there to help the kids but honestly they didn't need much, it was mostly just touching and petting them. Got some nice bday pics and it added a nice touch to our party.

This is a good place to have animal theme kid's birthday parties. We have actually used them for 3 years in a row. We have a bunch of kids at our preschool who love little animals so this is a perfect fit. We get them once or twice a year for pony rides and petting zoo rentals. They come out with a staff person and help all the kids. The children always enjoy being around the animals.

They also bring out a small kids party size pony ride. They can let the birthday person ride the pony or the kids can just sit on it and get their pics taken. It's always fun and creates some nice memories to look back on later.

I rented the PJ Mask mascot costumes for my son's 4th birthday party. When the boxes arrived, I noticed an odor right away. The odor wasn't like the costumes had been stored for a while, it was a dirty, sweaty, Body odor. Upon inspection of the costumes: Owlette had thread unraveling from the body suit, browning teeth, pins sticking out, an eyebrow falling off, and visible dirt/sweat stains in the mask and shoes. Gecko had a missing eye (that I later found in the box), the same visible dirt/sweat stains, and the front of the mask looked as though a cat had clawed at it.

Cat Boy had a broken zipper on the suit, same cat scratches and dirt/sweat stains on the mask, and was WAY smaller than described. When I expressed my disappointment to Jeff via email, he no regard for the condition he sent the costumes in or the fact that he overcharged my card by almost double the rental amount, which I have now begun disputing with the bank. I also had to pay $135 in shipping to send the costumes back! PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND YELP BEFORE FALLING INTO THIS COMPANIES TRAP!

We had a school event with about 75 kids in the fall and we wanted to rent something for them to do. We had got a magic show but we also wanted something that would last longer and be good for a mixture of kids ages. We were going to rent a bouncy castle and then we found out that we can get a full on bouncer PLUS a super slide for only about $75 more so we went with that one instead.

I would say that for the price you pay it's a pretty good deal. They do all the delivery and setup so basically you don't have to do anything. They came about 2 hours before the event started which was great, no stressing about if it would be ready on time. The bouncer they brought was cute colors for kids and both boys and girls. The slide and bouncer part was a good fit for the ages of children, I would say any kid up to about 14-15 would probably be just fine.

The delivery guy said even adults could go on it and a few of them did lol! We had a couple last minute changes like we needed to get separate insurance but the company worked with us the whole time and it was really straightforward.

This place hires people through Craigslist to write fake reviews on their Yelp page and other platforms. Do not believe any of the reviews and avoid this business at all costs

Booked the petting zoo for my son's birthday party. I didn't read many reviews before hand so when I gave the deposit and then a few weeks later read reviews, I was worried because of all the negative reviews I read. I personally had a great conversation via email with Jeff in regards to him answering all of the questions I had and getting the deposit in.

I also checked in few times to make sure everything was still set and he was very quick to respond. The day the of the event, the workers were very friendly and great people to interact with. The balance was the same. I did not get charged more than what was already set. My guests absolutely loved it! I will definitely be booking in the future.

I had ordered an Olaf birthday party costume rental from this company. It was actually for a holiday type party not a bday. We did Olaf cuz it's kind of a xmas type theme and most of the kids know the character already. I had asked for pics of the costume ahead of time and when it came it definitely did look like the pictures. There was a little delay in getting the costume but it wasn't the company's fault it was cuz of bad weather and there was a UPS delay, but we still got it in time for our event. Costume looked good, fit good and the order went smooth.

It was a little bit more than I thought it would be to ship it back, so you have to factor that cost in ahead of time when you order. Pretty decent customer service, a little bit slow but also it was the holiday season so I guess they were busier than normal.

We had used this place to hire a couple of birthday party characters the Mickey and Minnie Mouse. The characters came out and stayed for an hour, more or less did some music and party games. The costumes looked good and the staff showed up on time. We got a lot of nice pictures and the kids had a good time. It was pretty easy to arrange the whole thing, I think I did it in less than an hour total.

We also rented a Mickey Mouse theme clubhouse bouncer to go along with the theme. It was nice, it had a slide so the bigger kids had something to do. It's nice to just have to deal with one company to get everything, when you have questions you just have to make one phone call or email. Defintely easier than calling a whole bunch of different places.

We ordered a live kid's party DJ entertainer to come out and help us at a school event. Never hired a DJ for anyone before, either kids or adults so I really wasn't sure what to expect. It's not that easy to find someone who caters to kids, the first few places I called were all more for adult type parties. Then I had the idea to just search for kid's party entertainment in our area and finally found this company.

They were a bit pricier than I wanted to spend at first but I liked their promo material and also they've been in business in our area for a long time and I really wanted someone reliable. On the day of the event they were right on time, brought in all their equipment and set up exactly how and when we wanted. The DJ was great, plenty of music and games made specially for kids.

And he even brought a lady helper who painted the kids faces as a bonus! Yes it was a bit more than some other places but the service was great and honestly I'd rather pay a little bit extra for someone who is reliable.

I rented a costume from him. Sent me the wrong one to start. Then sent the correct. I sent back the other one. Emailed tracking info for proof. He then emailed threatening me. Saying he's rich and I'm broke and miserable. Telling my wife she's a bad mom and saying she's probably ugly. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend!

The most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. Does not even have a phone number to speak to a live person. For my son's birthday party I had no clue if anyone was going to show up and didn't even receive what I asked for. Save your money and time and goes somewhere else.

Jeff Herring insulted myself and my children over a question. On their website it states $365 for one hour of petting zoo. I left my information to be contacted to book. I got a text message and email stating it would be $525 I asked about the $365 on the website and instead of giving me professional feedback I got a good luck on both text and email.

I replied confused as my question was not answered. I replied that my question wasn't answered and I was given a rude response of $525. I replied upset because it was disrespectful and the screenshots show as to why JEFF HERRING is a person that does not deserve a mother's or families service. I'm beyond upset by this treatment and this Yelp review is only the beginning of what JEFF HERRING is gonna hear from me and my family.

I wish I could give negative star. As many people have written below, I am shocked this business is alive with such attitude from this person Jeff managing the bookings. He seems to be the owner. I think a lawsuit should be pending for all his harassing written communication. I was planning my son's birthday at a park which said vendors must be approved.

So obviously before putting down a deposit, I want to confirm. Asked Jeff for basic information such as business name, license, and address and he denied. He said to make a deposit then he will share. I asked him that if for any reason the park denies, will I get my deposit back, and he said no. Seems a bit shady to me. I don't know any person in their right mind to do a booking without confirming that a particular vendor would be accepted.

Especially if it's a public venue. Anyways, he denied and his responses became rude as a simple email back and forth started about why he can't share what should be really public information. This is concerning. I really found Jeff to be an immature person who is VERY unprofessional. I don't know what others think about those higher reviews, but this guy is beyond cocky about booking 25000 events a year, being "rich" with his investment portfolio etc. Sad, but money could not buy this person decency to communicate with people.

He was very responsive which meant he didn't have a lot going on, but gosh. the back and forth beyond midnight was very shocking to come from an established business like this. I will rate on BBB and encourage everyone with bad experiences to do same. One bad vendor can ruin an entire special event. Don't be fooled by those positive reviews.

We ordered a petting zoo for my sons barn themed first birthday, and it was a great addition to the party! The young man who facilitated the zoo was respected and kind to our guests. The variety of animals there was fun, and Jeff made communication and ordering the zoo very easy and made sure all my questions were answered. Would order any other service through the agency again!

I would 100 times over recommend this company. 3 days short of our sons birthday the entertainers we rented from another company cancelled. We were strapped for time and scrambling to find something. I reached out and this company rented us the buzz Lightyear suit. I paid Wednesday expected it Friday and received it a day early. It was nice to have buzz Lightyear as much as we wanted instead of the hour we had rented for the paid characters at the other company. Shipping back was easy they sent pre paid shipping labels. But most importantly our son loved it and they saved our sons first birthday! Not to mention our family had way to much fun dressing up with this costume lol.

How this business can be run by a a low life like Jeff blows my mind. He is so rude, threatening and now making me take legal actions if he continues threatening me. Plus he is harassing me signing me up to subscribe for emails I don't want from nasty companies. This is all over a costume not being as described and asking for a refund? How can someone treat his customers like this?

Please read one of his many nice emails to me. I wish I saw all the other similar reviews prior to ordering, what a shame I had to experience his abuse, until he finds his next victim. I don't even live where I sent the costume to and he's threatening making my life hell over a costume return? Like how someone calls a customer a c*unt for wanting a refund as I could not see out of the peep hole because the costume is defective, is beyond me.
