I hired Elite to pick up my boss from George Bush airport and transfer him to the four seasons in downtown Houston, wait for 30 minutes then take him to his meeting. Elite went above and beyond the call of duty. Flight was delayed for three hours, the canceled, then we booked another flight, Arrived Houston at 1:20 AM, driver was late in the baggage claim area with a sign. He drove me over to college station about 2 1/2 hours away from George Bush airport. Driver was safe and cautious. I would definitely recommend Elite to anyone look for safe car service.

Hired this company to and from the airport for our family vacation. The driver on the way to the airport arrived at our house 15 minutes early and was very helpful loading our luggage for us. The car was a brand new Chevrolet Suburban that my son liked very much. On the way back from Dallas our flight was delayed. I called them to inform and the dispatcher already knew what time we were arriving.

When we finally landed 2 hours late, our driver was waiting with a sign near the baggage claim. He also got a cart to help us with our luggage. definitely I recommend Elite for anyone looking for transportation in Houston!

Highly recommend Elite Car and Limousine Service. Moe were very polite and response in email to all questions (we were flying into George Bush Intercontinental Airport from UK). We decided to opt for an alternative limousine service to pick us up us when we arrived, as they were a few bucks cheaper. However it didn't go smoothly so I decided to use Elite Car Service for the return trip from the Hilton Post Oak to George Bush Intercontinental Airport.

They had a pretty good rates and services. Lisa was very professional and courteous the entire time . I certainly recomend them other people.
