Had DJ Ross at our wedding. He was wonderful both before the event, always responsive, providing suggestions, listening to our needs. At the event he did an excellent job, played great music, engaged with the crowd, even read the guests and made some very appropriate revisions that made him an integral part of our event.

Hired Elite for my wedding few days back and we got DJ Zach. Zach was amazing! We wanted a DJ that had experience with some Bollywood music and Zach delivered! He was amazing to work with, extremely kind and generous to us and read the room perfectly! The guests also requested him to play one last song when the time was done and he obliged! There was also an impromptu performance from a friend to which Zach seamlessly transitioned to and made sure the crowd had her attention! All in all, i couldn't be happier! DJ Zach, you're the best!

DJ Josh from Elite dj'd our wedding and did an amazing job! He worked with us ahead of time to make sure everything went smoothly. He played great music that got the people going and kept them going all night long. The provided mics, lights and speaker setup were great. Would highly recommend.

Kevin from Elite Entertainment was such a rockstar! He was fantastic to work with all throughout the wedding planning process and perfectly read the room during our wedding day to play all the best songs. Everyone loved the mix of music he played - between my Bay Area born and raised friends yelling Too $hort's favorite word, to my Argentinean Aunties who could have danced to 'Suavemente' all night! Kevin brought our dream day to life with his good vibes, and many of our family and friends gave us high praise for having one of the most fun weddings they've been to - but we'd like give Kevin all the credit for that!

We hired Elite for our wedding last weekend and we had DJ Tony, who was fantastic! Even more amazing is that he only had about 2 days to prepare because he was replacing the DJ that Elite originally assigned, who tested positive for COVID a few days before our wedding. Tony did a great job at the ceremony and reception, which were at two different locations.

He even handled my parents with grace after they repeatedly requested a song I had put on the Do Not Play list. Tony picked great songs that got everyone dancing and he MC'd the shoe game for us. Would definitely recommend Elite and DJ Tony!

I cannot say enough how amazing DJ Kevin was for our wedding. He was professional, communicative and kept the party going! Music selection was perfect and on par with our style. I got so many compliments on how great the DJ was and will have lifelong memories of my reception because of how wonderful he did. Best decision ever hiring Elite Entertainment for our wedding!

We used Elite Entertainment for our wedding. Josh Nowak was our DJ/MC. Josh was great! He was early. He accommodated last-minute changes and executed them as instructed. He provided microphones to people as needed in a seamless manner. He was a great MC as well, clear and straight to the point. As for the music, no one is ever 100% happy at a wedding. But, my wife and I loved the dance music Josh played. It felt like our guests never really left the dance floor! Overall, I would recommend Elite Entertainment for any type of event that requires a SOLID MC and DJ.

DJ Josh was excellent! Very professional, good communicator, and solid DJ! My husband and I got married at Roaring Camp Railroad where Elite Entertainment was listed as a preferred DJ vendor. We looked through the DJ profiles on Elite Entertainment and picked Josh, as we thought his music taste aligned with ours. Prior to signing a contract, Josh met with us via zoom to chat and ensure he'd be a good fit.

A couple months before the wedding we were sent a detailed questionnaire to fill out with all of our song selections (i.e., processional, first dance, bride/father dance, etc.). Josh was always very prompt with responding via email if I had a question. We turned in our questionnaire one month before the wedding and then had a follow-up meeting with Josh two weeks before the big day to go over schedule, song selections, and name pronunciations (which I thought was a nice touch).

Day of, Josh did an excellent job of helping to coordinate the flow of the wedding. He played all the correct selected songs! As for the the rest of the music, we pretty much left the song selection up to Josh. We gave him a glimpse into our musical taste but then said, "You're the expert, just find a way to keep people on the dance floor!" And he did exactly that! We had an absolute blast at our wedding! 10/10 would recommend!

We had Kevin MC and DJ our wedding at the Oceano Hotel and Spa in Halfmoon Bay. Kevin did a fantastic job working with us to prepare every detail of our timeline and all of the music we wanted to have. He listened to our input and provided a lot of excellent guidance. The event was a total success and having Kevin running the show made it go perfectly.

We also added the photo booth and guest book from Elite. It was a great addition. Everyone had a blast with it and the picture book has a lifetime of memories in it. Do not hesitate to look into using Elite Entertainment. You will be very happy with them

When we were planning our wedding in 2019/early 2020 we had hired elite entertainment to DJ our event. The planning was smooth and the company and employees were helpful. However, when the pandemic hit I emailed them asking if future payments would be refundable due to the pandemic, we didn't want to continue to make non-refundable payments for an event we weren't sure could happen.

They emailed us back saying to continue making payments, contract aside because of the pandemic, which we were very happy about. Fast forward, we had to cancel our wedding and after determining we would not be able to reschedule I reached out to ask for a refund for the payments we made, as discussed. They replied to tell us that they could not do that and because of covid they were unable to provide any refunds.

I understand how difficult the pandemic has been for all businesses but it was equally hard on my family financially and we paid a significant amount of money for a service we didn't get and they continue to deflect my questions and refuse refunds. Overall I would very much have liked to use their services as they seem like a great DJ company but I am really frustrated and disappointed in how they handled this. Lost a lot of money and would have appreciated some transparency. Beware of any unforeseen complications, they are not helpful with that.

DJ Kevin was amazing! So professional, patient and accommodating. Our wedding was a mix of Turkish/American, so the music was kind of mixed and all over the place. And even with that, he was so nice! Made sure all our guests are happy and our song requests were attended to. We also had a group of drummers and a saxophone and he was so helpful in planning and coordinating with them as well. Will be booking again for other parties! Can't recommend him enough!

DJ Kevin was amazing! He made our wedding ceremony and reception come out perfectly with every detail. He listened to my fiance and I and knew the vibe we wanted and made sure everything on the timeline went smoothly. We Highly recommend DJ Kevin and the phot booth team!

Elite entertainment was so easy to work with. We had dj Tony who was so great and fun! He played all the music we wanted at our wedding. We come from families that aren't big dancers but somehow Tony managed to get people up and moving. He was also great at making announcements in order to keep us on schedule. Most importantly, he was warm and friendly and really helped us feel at ease!

1 star would be too much for this company. DJ was fantastic, however we had a no show on the photobooth.no warning or anything. Hour into the wedding we were told they can't contact the photobooth delivery guy and operator. Absolute fumble from management as well. Just refunded the cost of the photobooth and nothing else. Told us "you can get a discount on your next event".ITS A WEDDING. There is no next event. If you want a possible no show ON THE WEDDING DAY, then this is the company for you

From the music, to the announcements, to the dancing and energy he brought, elite entertainment and DJ Aaron were absolutely perfect. He was extremely personable and professional and really took our vision of what we wanted out of a wedding and reception to life. We would 100% recommend using elite entertainment for any of your future weddings or events.

DJ Zach at Elite was incredible! We hired him for our wedding. He listened carefully to our vision and created a mix that really got our party going. He went above-and-beyond by helping our wedding coordinator move guests between different phases of the day, and got everybody excited for the dance floor. He emceed our reception flawlessly. I am so happy we had him for our wedding day and he made the party we hoped for a reality. Highly highly recommend!

Our venue had a preferred vendor list, and I was concerned when I started interviewing for our emcee and DJ and just didn't feel a connection with any of them. Elite Entertainment was one of the last companies I reached out to -- and as soon as I "met" Kevin for our initial zoom meeting, I knew he'd do a fantastic job. The company is thorough and makes sure you have the songs you want played for every important moment of your wedding day.

I filled out their forms and also sent Kevin our playlists. Kevin did an outstanding job the day of our wedding -- from making important announcements, playing the right music to get our guests dancing and having a good time.to making sure the night moved along since we didn't have the venue for long. We highly recommend using Kevin.

When interviewing vendors for our wedding, it was so important to me that we find vendors who are reliable, we mesh with, and understand our vision. Elite Entertainment had been recommended to me and upon my first call with Kevin I could tell why. He listened, asked the right questions, and helped guide us as we started wedding planning. As with many other weddings in 2020, we had to postpone and ultimately chose a date in 2021.

Elite Entertainment was amazing to work with and so accommodating during this time. Because of our date change, we working with DJ Paul. The worksheet that Elite entertainment provided helped DJ Paul and I align on the what, how, and when and during our first call I knew Paul was going to be amazing too. He was very energetic, played the right music throughout, and definitely kept everyone on the dance floor. He checked in throughout the day to confirm timing, names, and discuss any adjustments to be made. Thank you to Elite Entertainment, DJ Kevin, and DJ Paul!

DJ Kevin at Elite Entertainment was one of our favorite wedding vendors. I did not have a traditional wedding planner and thus wanted a DJ who could help move the wedding schedule along and ensure we had time to do all we had planned. Kevin hit this out of the park! The ceremony was perfectly timed. We asked him for a special music set, a short 15 second clip as each groomsman walked down the aisle, like at sports events.

He ensured the clips we wanted were at the right time location and transitioned between guys seamlessly. The speaker set up was perfect for all locations, the ceremony, cocktail, and reception all being in 3 different areas on one property. He was so responsive and open to our music specifics. He kept the speeches and scheduled dances going on schedule.

My husband worked with him to plan a surprise performance that was completely a shock to me! He worked with Kevin on the side via email leading up to the wedding and Kevin did an amazing job keeping it a secret from me. He went above and beyond to work with our other vendors and really was an all star in organization of the evening. The dance floor was always occupied by guests with a great mix of music types for young and older people. My parents raved about wanting Kevin to DJ their next event. He really is an exceptional DJ and overall master of the event space!

We had DJ Kevin from Elite Entertainment for our wedding in June 2021 at Roaring Camp Railroads in Felton, CA. DJ Kevin was amazing! I cannot say enough great things about him and the job he did! He was easy to communicate with and very organized. He ensured that I had thought about every single detail for the timeline of the reception. He was on top of everything and had such a calming presence about him.

He ensured the reception flowed smoothly and that everything happened on time. He found all of the speakers/toast-givers before the reception even started and briefed them on where they were going to stand and what microphone they were going to use. For the dancing portion, the music he played was absolutely perfect for the crowd. The dance floor was packed all night! It is so clear that DJ Kevin has a lot of experiencing doing weddings! Do not hesitate to hire him for your wedding!

Elite entertainment was amazing! We hired them back in 2019 and they were so great and flexible with us postponing our date due to COVID. Everyone we worked with was great. Our DJ/MC was Ross and he was fantastic. I gave him a list of songs we wanted and he knew exactly what to do. He was a great MC all night as well. Our guests had a great time and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Ross made everything so easy and stress free. We would highly recommend Elite Entertainment to anyone looking for a DJ for their event!

Critical: Professionalism Been in the service industry for 9 years and have grown empathetic when working with people. I was shocked to find the owners are painfully arrogant. They make communicating over a small situation extremely difficult. YIKES, wont be working with them in the future.

I would just to say, DJ ROSS is the MAN! He absolutely killed it at our wedding! A few things went wrong at out wedding but the music was on point all day and night! Fully recommend this company. Everything was easy to do with them. From payment to wedding coordination. Our wedding happened to land on the hottest day of the week, DJ Toss showed up early and endured the 97 degree weather like a boss! I cant wait to throw our anniversary party and have him back in a couple years.

The Elite Entertainment team is incredible. I worked closely with Turner and Vic on coordination and scheduling. Then I got to work with DJ Kevin for my wedding playlist/MC. Kevin was the best. Our wedding was small due to COVID and I was worried people weren't going to want to dance but Kevin made the dance floor irresistible with his music. We are having a big party after COVID and can't wait to work with them all again!

We had DJ Turner as our wedding DJ and he couldn't have been better! We had guests ranging from 2 years old to 90, and he managed to cater perfectly to the mood as the night progressed. All ages were constantly dancing and guests commented on how great he was. I also really appreciated that he actually played the guest-requested songs we sent him ahead of time (I have been to weddings where DJs just ignored those.) and that he took the time to have a detailed chat with me before the wedding to make sure he knew the type of wedding we were going for, how to pronounce family names etc., and just to generally give some very kind advice about how to make sure that my husband and I enjoyed the reception as much as everyone else. I can't recommend him and Elite Entertainment highly enough!

Kevin. I want to get married again so you can be our MC/DJ AGAINNN! You and your music are the reasons why our wedding was a complete party success. Kevin was such a critical part of the wedding and he couldn't have played the role any better. We didn't see the dance floor empty one bit all night! That was one of the most important things we wanted for our wedding also, no empty dance floor.

From the start of contact until well past our wedding, Kevin was very responsive and professional to us. Having a responsive wedding vendor is so important in building rapport with a couple and Kevin delivered this. He provides constructive suggestions to help plan the night go smoothly with other vendors based on a detailed worksheet that he provides for you the month before.

He made sure all of our needs were met such as announcing important parts of the night and playing the right music to keep the night going. Thank you for being part of our special day! We couldn't ask for more, especially with the little CD mix at the end of the night. Kevin is THE man to have from Elite Entertainment. Take my word for it!

I recently just got married and we had elite entertainment as our DJ. They are super accommodating, and work with you to make sure that they have every detail of your music planned for you. DJ Turner was great, he was very kind, very easy to talk to you and work with. Everyone at the wedding so they had a great time and really enjoyed the music. I would highly recommend them, they are very organized and very well run!

DJ Ross was awesome. This review should have been posted about 6 months ago. We all had such a great time. Everyone danced all night. Ross made going through the whole process of hiring and picking all the songs an easy task. He was great to work with. I would recommend him anytime you want a great DJ. Thank you Ross for bearing with us on the extra hot day in Gilroy. And thank you Elite for making our big day so entertaining.

My husband and I recently got married and we are happy that we got our DJ from Elite Entertainment. Elite was one of the "chosen ones" our venue provided for us. It greatly helped that Elite has worked at our venue because they already knew their way around. Kevin was accommodating and responsive every time my husband and I had questions for him. Everything was organized from the very start. Josh was our DJ for our wedding.

He did a great job with the music and with timing everything for both the ceremony and reception. I commend him for adapting so well with some unexpected changes during the reception. We were behind schedule for speeches and dancing, so during the dances, he adjusted the duration of each dance (we only had three dances, including First Dance) to ensure we all had enough time for each.

The music during the general dancing was fabulous! I was ecstatic to hear the classics and the songs we requested during that time. Overall, Elite delivered and made our special day more memorable. If we ever need a professional DJ again, we will keep Elite Entertainment in mind :)

I love love love Elite Entertainment! Thank you so much for making my big day absolutely perfect. DJ Turner is the greatest human/DJ ever. From the booking process with Kevin, all of the emails in between, to the special day with Turner, everything was perfect. These guys are so professional and amazing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Turner followed everything that I wanted, played all of my favorite songs, and didn't miss a beat the entire night.

All of the staff at the venue kept coming up to me saying how wonderful he was and how professional. Elite is the best in the business and you really should look no further when looking for a DJ. Thank you for everything!

Where do I start. We just got married yesterday at Freedom Hall & Gardens in Santa Clara and DJ Ross the man was taking care of us. He made sure that all the song choices were played and entertained all our guest and got them to dance the night away. We had such a blast! I definitely would recommend DJ Ross "the Man" Elite entertainment to anyone and everyone. Thank you again!

Elite Entertainment provided our DJ and MC services at our wedding on 10/7 and couldn't have been a better fit! We originally met with DJ Turner who understood all of our needs and asks and requests. He was incredibly fun and professional to work with. He was helpful at solutions to potentially awkward situations, and his demo on their site was fantastic. However, due to medical reasons, he couldn't be the DJ at our wedding.

He introduced us to DJ Ross to take over for him (like some previous reviews, this is a benefit of booking with a professional company-they provide the backup services and have all of your info available). And while we missed Turner, DJ ross was fantastic. DJ Ross was great at making last minute and even last second changes (like moving our timeline around and changing songs per our requests).

He watched the room for cues to the mood, being funny to ease the mood or serious to introduce events (first dance, etc.). To top it off, he provided us with a couple of CDs commemorating our special songs as well as the songs from the list we provided (my husband was adamant about which songs were played at our wedding to keep the theme and the tone set-Ross did a great job accommodating that). All of our guests enjoyed themselves and the music, and so did we.

Extraordinary! DJ Tony provided world-class service for our wedding day. His professionalism, skill and kindness showed through seamlessly. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Elite Entertainment and DJ Tony for making our special day magical. We are so grateful to you!

Elite Entertainment did a solid job at my wedding, and I also was able to see them at another wedding I attended a couple of years ago. Ross, our DJ, was very smooth and professional and handled our song requests admirably, as well as kept the crowd engaged during the course of our reception. The company provides a worksheet packet that breaks down what information is needed and what song you would like prior to the event, so you have time to plan it out- and they were very accommodating on some last minute changes that were inserted a day or two before.

Not sure if they have a policy on this or not, but for some songs with explicit lyrics, the edited/clean version was played even though we wanted the original version(s). But all in all they are a safe, professional company that will keep the party going until it is time to shut it down.

My wife and I loved our experience with Elite Entertainment. Our wedding was in California, and we live in Arizona. Kevin was great at communicating with us on a regular basis. Being in a different state they alleviated so much of the stress, the details in their sheets helped us get our ideas on paper. Dustin was a terrific MC - he worked so hard to make sure it was our perfect night. Considering we didn't have a coordinator, and the wedding was pretty casual, he did a great job running the show, organizing the toasts, and getting people dancing. He also followed up with an incredible thanking you note telling us how much fun HE had. Loved Elite entertainment - thank you for making our wedding perfect!
