Terrible instructions for pick up. Doesn't answer the phone on day of pickup. Save your frustration and go elsewhere. They stink. Edit: photos provided. Very sketchy. Edit: we did eventually get ahold of them through Facebook. Pick up is not at site/address. They were nice and the blow up was epic popular.

Incredible company. Garner was very quick to respond to my calls and answered all of my questions. He was very flexible. I was looking for a misting fan for an outdoor fundraiser on a 99° day. Dakota Entertainment went out of their way (2 days before the event) and provided me with a large portacooler. The portacooler was AMAZING for this hot day! Very easy and friendly to work with! I can't say enough good things about Dakota Entertainment! I highly recommend Dakota Entertainment.

I really liked the online tool to put in the information about your wedding and the songs you'd like to have played. Our dj was nice, but I don't remember his name. He played quite a few of the songs we wanted played, but I'd say not even half we requested. He played 1 of the 2 do not play songs. There also were a few flops that cleared the floor. We just wanted something simple, didn't need a dj to lead the party. I felt like $1,200 was WAY overpriced.

Dakota Entertainment was so accommodating and fit the needs of our school carnival. They were so wonderful to work with and our students loved the inflatable they provided. The service from drop off to pick up was fantastic! Jill helped me find the perfect inflatable and Garner and his team did all the set up and tear down. I will be using them again for future events!

Professionalism superb, yet took the time to care enough to make our kids wedding and wedding pictures the way they wanted it to be. We found lying was never an issue; we all have things to work through - with that in mind everything went smoothly and the pictures look great!

Personally we wouldn't want things rushed & be disappointed. If it takes a bit more time to make it right we would rather wait that bit. If you are a potential client we would "highly" recommend Garner Hansen. Hands down a five star recommendation. Thank-you for the great service:)

Dakota Entertainment does an amazing job. We used Dakota Entertainment for a recent charity event. They made it fun and interesting, were professional and have an amazing sound. They play all the right music for the crowd and interact with the audience. We danced and sang all night. It is a joy to work with such wonderful people. If you are looking for a DJ for an event.school dance, prom, wedding, etc. I recommend Dakota Entertainment of Sioux Falls! Garner and his staff do an amazing job. They have been the DJ for the State 4-H Leader's 4-H Dance at the State Fair for the past six years and they truly rock at it! All kinds of music - and lots of interaction with the crowd. If you want to want to have a fun dance - check them out!

We selected Garner to be our DJ from Dakota Entertainment. He was very easy to work with. We met with him 4 weeks before our wedding day and discussed a time frame, song choices, etc. He did a follow-up phone call the week of the wedding to make sure everything was ready to go. Once we got to the reception we didn't have to worry about a thing as he kept the reception moving right along. Garner worked the crowd all night by taking requests and getting them involved in the reception activities.

He kept the crowd entertained and the dance floor packed the entire night! He definitely knows how to keep everyone engaged by playing great music and keeping the night fun. We would HIGHLY recommend Garner and Dakota Entertainment as a DJ service!

We had Dakota Entertainment for a Christmas party and had Casino games and Bingo and had a blast. The dealers are able to explain to those who have never "gambled" before and can walk you through the game. This is an excellent party idea and would definitely recommend this company again.
