This place is the absolute best, I wish I found them years ago. Amazing customer service great people. I needed coffee that day and they was working with me because I couldn't function lol. Absolutely Fantastic. You definitely will get your worth when you have Abbott's Party Rentals.

This was my first time renting chairs for an event and they did a great job helping me. The customer service was wonderful. The Chairs were clean and in great condition. My experience at this business was terrible. The women at the front desk was extremely RUDE! There was a old lady there as well that was very rude. They only except cash but they fail to let the customers know that lm before they arrive so I then had to drive about 4 minutes away a to get cash. Oh and another thing the women at the front desk with the colorful hair had the audacity to scream at my aunt who was on the phone with ME AND WHO WAS ONLY TALKING TO ME.

Mind you she said she had no idea about the order that was placed but once I got on the phone she felt the need to defend herself about something she supposedly had no idea about. I honestly will buy chairs next time instead of giving my money to these RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

I rented some equipments for a party that I hosted and my experience was one to remember. The items were clean and precise and was delivered on time, the drivers were very pleasant too. The young lady at the front who helped me with placing my order, made it smooth and very easy I will definitely be renting from Abbott's again

When I was planning my wife's birthday party Abbott's party rental was there for me they made everything so easy for me they did the whole set up for me with chairs tables and the throne chair wow! It was amazing they also did the backdrop and it was so beautiful I would definitely recommend anyone to go and make Abbott's party rentals make their event memorable because they sure did it for me

Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. I spoke to a woman with the worst attitude. I called to work out a delivery situation and she was very SPICY and had a bad attitude. She proceeded to tell me that she will have someone else call me because "clearly what I'm saying isn't going through your head" and hung up in my face. We thought we were calling the business back to speak with someone else, she answers the phone yelling "I already told you I was having someone else call you, I literally just told you that." Very rude and unprofessional.

Do not recommend. On. top of the fact that we didn't even get the table that we ordered. Spent $250 for a small table when we ordered a large table. Then they had the audacity to say they are keeping my deposit because they had to pick up the table from the location. I need my entire $250 refunded. RE: Yes, the rude interaction I had was NOT my sister, it was me. She spoke to a woman that was way more helpful than the one I had an interaction with.

We used Abbott's to rent items for a dinner party for about 30 people in Harlem. The customer service was excellent and seamless. They were patient with us as we worked out a credit card issue and they delivered our items early on the day of the event. WE will be using them again for our next dinner party! It was such a pleasure to work with them and they responded to all of my inquiries quickly and seamlessly! And they let me edit the order less than 48 hours before the event! Just amazing!

Not only was the rental equipment and pricing perfect, but the customer service was absolutely outstanding-extremely responsive and professional (even after hours!)! Abbott rental did an amazing job for my best friends baby shower. Shamica was very patient with all our request and questions, she answered us very quickly. they were also prompt in delivery, set up and pickup. shamica handled few obstacles very well and calm. she did a really great job. the parents to be loved it! :
