Place has gone out of Business leaving all customers high and dry!

At 3:00 on 07-10-17 the male at the front desk was outrageously insulting. He called the elderly couple in front of us "a couple of idiots" when they walked out because they wouldnt go to his Westgate timeshare. He then got disgusting with us because we were there to collect our Wyndham Resort timeshare "gifts." We were in a time crunch as we had been there from 11:30-3:00 already and had a show to attend. He snapped off at us several times and even slammed our stuff on the counter. Please teach this man how to handle customers. I was very upset and freaked out!

Katrina was fantastic and understanding with a situation that occurred during my visit. She contacted someone on her end that eased my mind and made me less stressed

Don't fall for it like we did. We were naive and thought we'd get what we were promised but we did not. This is a timeshare scam and the "promotional deal" vacation package they get you with isn't even a deal! They won't allow you to call them back because they don't want to give you time to research what you're (not) getting. You can find a way better "deal" online that WON'T require you to waste 2 hours of your time.

The office person we dealt with was extremely rude (granted, I wasn't the most pleasant customer when I first got there but my husband came in and tried so hard to lighten the mood and be nice to her and she was bitter, rude and condescending. What a great first impression, ammirite?) DO NOT DO IT FOLKS! Don't be swindled like we were!

BEWARE! This is a predatory TIMESHARE company. They will tell you whatever they have to to take your money. After telling them no 3 times their Manager Melinda Shannon offered to refund the package if my wife wasn't interested. I called back the next Monday the 9th of May, got the answering machine and left my name and # and why I was calling. After 2 days of no return call I called a second time on the 12th of May and once again left a message.

Still no call back. Now I am fighting it out with them through my Credit Card Company and posting reviews on every site I can think of. Also contacted the BBB in their area to complain. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR PREDATORY PRACTICES!

The representative contacted me and once I voiced that if the deal involved a time share seminar then I wasn't interested he became rude a said have a fun time paying full prices.

Stay far away from this place.,,,,, crooks, rip off artists, we were going to take a tour and was told it was only 90 mins well we told them we could not do much more than that due to we have a 4 month old being breast fed and with cystic fibrosis they said it was just 90mins then we get a call for to confirm and she said 2 hrs then we call to cancel and was told it ran over 3 hrs and no refund would be given wow screw this place stay away
