Well what can I say they couldn't even be bothered to reply to my quote request awful service - if this is how much they care about their customers then I will definitely not be using them. Contacted a local service and had a reply within hours even though they were so busy - Magicman maybe learn from your peers and stick to magic

After contacting the "magicman" and explaining the issue I needed resolving, the gentlemen I spoke to reassured me the issue I had should be repairable. 3 weeks later I was still waiting for a reply/acknowledgment of the Email I sent. I contacted the company 3 times and on the 3rd call I was told there was nothing they could do. The gentlemen I spoke to blamed it on staff shortages. Poor service from a supposed market leader.

Avoid Magicman, carried out two repairs for me recently both to a very poor standard and failed within first few weeks, tried to get them back - waste of time excuse after excuse. don't respond to emails. Very poor for what I thought was a decent company

There's a lesson here in not having read the reviews first. Turned up an hour later than booked to repair chips in washbasin. Chips filled well but coating flaked off in less than a week after minimal usage - various excuses for why a re-repair wouldn't be covered under warranty (scratches on the basin coating in the photo I sent across meaning water gets underneath and coating doesn't bond.the minor scratches in the photo were from my thumbnail investigating after the coating started flaking, but never mind!).

After reading the reviews here I abandoned any further argument as a waste of time, put it down to experience, and will buy a replacement unit (about half the price of a second repair, even after the 'gesture of goodwill' discount that I've been offered, and ignoring that I have already spent 180.). Interestingly, after contacting local alternative repair specialists, I haven't found one that will touch a washbasin for this very reason - so seems a bit of a scam.

I've used Magicman a couple of times now, once for tile repair and once to repair a wooden door. I have been really impressed by the result both times and the technicians have both been very polite, helpful and professional, as have the team I've spoken to on the phone about the appointments. You do have to pay the full amount prior to your appointment, but in my experience, I have been happy with the end result so this has been ok!

Appalled with the service received! These are fraudsters so watch out. Scope of work provided over the phone (recorded calls) and on email with images attached. Company supplied a quote for works with payment demanded upfront (we wonder why). They then arrive at the job and refuse to carry out all of the work requested as it was not detailed within their quote. 450 later and a window that closes and some bath chips concealed. May as well purchased a new bath!

Steer well clear of this company. I wanted to understand the cost to repair two small chips on my tile floor. I received two quotes two days apart, both for different costs. Having read the reviews, decided I was not willing to prepay. Was given an appointment date. However they did not attend. Extremely unprofessional and not customer focused. Look elsewhere, Magicman appears too be a group of chancers.

The company takes full amount for the repair upfront in my case 276. The technician turned up and 'repaired' my door. Two days later after following all the aftercare instructions to the letter the repair failed. I contacted them to come back and make good the failed repair. They stated that they would only come back and fix the failed repair if I paid 276 again!

They also stated that I had caused the repair to fail and refused to give a refund as an alternative. The door in question is bolted closed and hasn't been opened since the so called 'repair'. I then sent an email to the Companies Boss and I got the same reply from him. The only thing Magic about this company is they make your money disappear. The worst company I have ever had dealings with and it would appear from the other reviews on Google reviews and Trust pilot I have joined a long list of disgruntled customers. AVOID

Critical: Quality Repair did not last even a 2 days We had a simple paint repair done on a spray painted wood panel. After using standard cleaning products, the repaired paint came off. The company took 2 months to review the complaint and then washed their hands off.

We used Magicman to repair an awkward chip on the worktop around the kitchen sink. We sent in photos and promptly received a quote. The work was scheduled in a timely matter. Matthew was friendly and pleasant and did a fantastic job with the repair. It is not at all visible and it was a chip that was difficult to access. Very happy with Magicman. This is our second time using them (they repaired a chip in a floor tile 2 years ago).

Brad did a show for my oldest daughter's 8th birthday a year ago. My 2nd daughter immediately said he had to perform for her next birthday! That just happened today for her 7th birthday and everyone had a great time! The kids LOVED him and it was entertaining for us adults too. My son has been walking around the house doing "magic" all day, so I am guessing Brad will be back to perform for his birthday in the next year or so. Fun for all ages!

Very entertaining for adults and kids alike. Easy to work with. Arrived a head of schedule and stayed until every kid was happy with their ballon animal. Would recommend. Had Magic Man perform for my 7 year olds birthday. They still talking about riding magic carpet.
