Bouncy Rentals

Scheduled 8am pickup via company's site. They texted me the night before (9:21p) that there were issues with cleaning the moon bounces and then didn't respond to multiple replies that night or the next morning. First reply was after my pickup time to which I was told they opened at 9 and didn't have the moon bounce I ordered. Just didn't seem to care or take any responsibility for terrible customer service. Challenges happen but it's how you handle them and communicate to your client. Would not recommend and used AstroJump instead who somehow had no issues with the weather that same week.

I did a reservation online paid the deposit. Then they text me the day before my event let me know they were coming to set up. Set up was super quick. We loved our bounce house will use this company agian.

We had scheduled to have the bounce house delivered. They informed me the day before our event that they would be unable to deliver it so we would have to pick it up ourselves, but we would be compensated with 15 %0ff. When my husband picked up the bounce house, they charged him the full amount plus delivery. He had to go back in to get someone to adjust the total.

We were told that they would come to pick up the bounce house the day after the event (today). We have not heard from them and when we attempted to contact them they did not respond to the text messages or calls. We had to cancel our plans for the day to be home in order for someone to let them in. We still have not heard from them. On top of that, the bounce house was defective.

It had a lot of holes in it that were hardly patched up and a kid got injured by tripping over a mound of duct tape. Overall this experience has been entirely unprofessional, inconvenient, and absolutely not worth the money that we paid.

Much better this time around! I used them 2 years ago and no one showed up but this time I picked up the moon bounces and was much better! The guy texted me to confirm for pick up and drop off. I was very pleased with the moon bounces and the party went great!

I was very satisfied with my experience with this company. The phone number on the web site is not worth calling because it pretty much goes to voicemail but a man named Leo was very quick to text me back after receiving a confirmation text.

We rented the bouncy house on September 25, 2021. The overall experience was mediocre. My biggest complaint was the bouncy house did not fully inflate. No matter what we did, it was half way filled with air. We weren't sure what was going on or why it wouldn't fully inflate. So that was super disappointing. My second problem with this company is that they don't answer the phone.

Before we were scheduled to pick up the bouncy house I called multiple times on different days. Each time I did not get an answer. I was also unable to leave a voicemail as the inbox was full. My recommendation would be for them to have a phone line that they actually tend to and also check the equipment before renting it out to make sure it's not faulty.

And if you're wondering how we were able to rent the bouncy house without speaking with someone on the phone, we did everything online. I was calling just to confirm everything before we actually drove there to pick it up.

We stumbled upon their website which was a blessing. We were able to rent a bouncy for our grandson's 3rd birthday party. Great price and you get an even better deal if you can pick it up yourself. That's what we did. I will be using them again.

I'd give 0 stars if that was an option! does not care about what the customer has to say. we called from 3 different number & never got an answer. Told us it couldn't get delivered because of rain & when we called them back. NO ANSWER! the delivery driver just showed up. The delivery man said they would pick up on monday & the picked up later the same day. charged us for hours we didn't need & had nobody to call and talk to! ABSOLUTELY terrible service. will never use them again!

I had an amazing experience with Bouncy Rentals and the customer service was superb. Leo reached out a week or so prior to my event to state that the original bounce house I selected was discontinued. He offered to upgrade to a different combo unit that was a bit bigger at no additional charge to me - that alone was AWESOME. I opted to do a pick up to save some money which was also a great option.

They used a lift to load it into the truck for me, explained how to assemble everything & when I got home, it was a piece of cake to set up. It was a great quality moon bounce that the kids enjoyed sooo much! Disassembling the bounce house was a concern at first, but it caved right into the middle and made rolling it back up easy! It was definitely a little heavy to lift and took three of us, but that was expected with the quality. All in all, I had a great experience with bouncy rentals!

The water slide inflatable we rented was delivered with a small hole at the base of the slide. We also paid for a party attendant to be there to monitor the slide. Near the end of the rental (40 minutes remaining) a kid's toe went through the hole and ripped it, making the inflatable unusable. We tried to contact Bouncy Rentals to get a discount for the time the inflatable was not available.

They said they would not charge us for the damage but would charge the full amount for the rental. This was a nearly 700 rental (for both the slide and attendant). We believe we should have received a $90 discount. They did not communicate with us further and charged the card they had on file.

We reserved a water slide for a special family event. This company never showed up. We reserved early and called to confirm. Throughout the day of the party a representative called with updates at 5PM well after the end of the party they called to say they were not going to deliver. I will never ever use this company again. I had a houseful of very disappointed children. They should not advertise and deserve to go out of business. Worse than terrible!

Totally unreliable. Late to set up. Then imagine 15 kids learning that they can't use the bounce house because it has a leak - and no possibility of a replacement. At one point I was told "only six kids should go in at one time" and we had a large castle rented -- and, of course, no mention of any 6 person limit on the website. That wasn't the problem anyway - it was a defective inflatable. Total nightmare.
