Nice place, load of different fun: pool, arcade, table's games, ping pon, TV screens everywhere, and 60 lines bowlers to keep everyone happy busy. Plus, Meals and Bars and, the nice night surprise! I love it.

Yeah, this snooty Hyde Park Tampa queen was pressured by cute little eight-year-old eyes. With my expectations held low and my head held high; I entered in my high heels and inappropriate clothing. My enormous Caesar salad and broccoli cheese soup was delicious! I was trying to keep the calories low. Surely, the broccoli cheese soup blew it over the top.

Everyone was so friendly. They have something for everyone: Billiards, bowling, video games, a nice bar. The air hockey table is slippery as ice and has a really small puck. Be careful! You KNOW I WON;

Lanes seem highly oiled (hard to hook ball), but features were good. Reservation and waiting process sucks. Basically, you can't walk in on Thursday night at 6 and expect to get a lane. You have to reserve. Parking entrance has HUGE bump also.

Had a horrible experience, hope your lane doesn't have issues because if it does no one is going to help you. You have to go out of your way to fine someone because the associates walking try and avoid everyone. One guy after asking if they're going to add time after waiting 5 minutes for help he says hold on I'm very busy right now.

All in all the manager needs to be on the floor and make sure people are working you can tell everyone just does what they want and the manager probably sits in the back all day. Would love so hospitality if customers have issues and stay waiting 20 minutes for their lane to be fixed and then only get added 5 minutes. Had a total of 4 issues with lane not working. Fix your machines bird bowl, and why have a button to ask for service if no one will come. Thanks

Came in at midnight and it was packed. Cashier said I might not play but the line moved a lot faster than anticipated and I got to play my full hour. great job bird bowl can't wait to come again.

After martial arts test, took grandson bowling here. It was fun. State of the art equipment. Plenty of lanes. Game place on premises, great for kids. Haven't been bowling in quite some time, glad we went here. Recommend.

Best bowling place in Miami and very famous with the local population for a reason, It is much bigger inside than you would expect and it is a great place to hang out. In addition to the bowling it has a fairly large arcade section and Pool section.

Sometimes you wonder how a place like this has been around for so long and then you visit and you understand why. Great family environment and great place for a friends night out. Food was good, drinks were well made and reasonably priced. They do get really busy on the weekends so the service is a tad slow but the staff is working as hard as they can.

Due to this, expect to wait 1 to 2 hours for a pool table or a lane. To avoid this you can make a reservation ahead of time but be sure to do it a few days in advance. Same day or next day reservations for a Saturday night will be tough to get. Definitely one of those places you visit and ask yourself "Why do we not come here more often?".

Took the whole family for a night of fun! The price was great since we went on a weekday after 6. The lights go down and the music up after 10, so worth it and lots of fun. Food and drinks were good too

What an amazing experience. We were a party of 36 and we had a fantastic time. The service was superb and the atmosphere was as exiting as the games were. Thank you for such a wonderful experience Bird Bowl. We will be back.

Been coming here since I was a kid and love bird bowl! There rates have gone up but everything has at this point. They have remodeled all the floors, added a full new bar and background on the bowling floor. Bird bowl is still the best bowling ally down south in Miami :

I went with my family and my young children and they had a blast. It was a lot of fun and loved the energy. Although loud music definitely makes the experience more fun, it was extremely loud, like a concert. I had to yell to speak with my family and at first my one child was extremely overwhelmed with the loudness of the music. Otherwise, I'd definitely go back! My family said the drinks were nice and strong, always a plus.

A waitress really had to nerves to flirt with my boyfriend and then ask for a tip, like girl I'm right there. Overcharged food, worst customer service, no phone like working, wait time list was not accurate at ALL, 2.5 hours waited even tho it first said 35 minutes.

Place is clean and super busy. The staff works hard to help customers. Our server Michy was great. We had an awesome time and hope to visit again.

I came here with my family on Wednesday and I had such a great time! All three ladies at the front desk were so nice to us and very helpful. The prices were different for spring break and they were nice enough to explain the price differences. We were a pretty big group so we did have to wait a bit but it wasn't too bad. Once we sat down we got served by the sweetest server! She was very attentive and was constantly checking up on us.

There is no point for a waitlist! They make you wait anyway for nothing. The place is trashy and raunchy, disgusting! Staff is disrespectful and ridiculous! The absolute WORST place ever

I organized a corporate event for my team here and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. Mady from programming assisted me with planning the event and invoicing, and on the day of the event everything was ready to go and our server Andrea was so sweet and attentive. The food was good, the service was great, and everyone had an awesome time.

Can't ask for more as an event director. I definitely recommend other companies hosting team events here. Big thanks to Mady and Andrea. Side note: the renovations they did during the pandemic look amazing!

Redhead at the register has a NASTY attitude. Been coming here for 30+ years but when you have a nasty attitude at the front desk the vibe is crap.

Place sucks. There were clearly 10 lanes not in use and they had a min 2 hour wait. The brunette in the front desk rude af and had a horrible attitude.

0 stars. They have a staff member who has SA multiple woman and they refuse to let him go. Keep your family safe and NEVER go to bird bowl. "Bowlero" is way better and safer.

This place has truly disappointed me, the service desk staff were some of the rudest individuals I've ever had the misfortune to come across; they gave us attitude when we asked a question, openly talked bad about us to each other while we are standing right in front of them, looking at us and laughing amongst themselves in our direction, i am so disappointed.

If that's the first face and reaction i see when i come into an establishment, then this isn't the kind of place i'd want to come back to. The only light in this eternal cavern of disappointment was our server, Brenda, who was truly phenomenal, attentive, intuitive and kind and treated us with basic human respect, which is more than i can say for the others. Arcade, nice car, not a long wait, clean, efficient. Wait was a bit long BUT had a good time. Would recommend for causal bowling. Good family fun.

If you want to bowl here to actually score, don't come here. There is more than 20 different distractions. Kids running in your lane with stands in the way, employees randomly walking past your lane, extremely loud with idiotic strobe light effects. It's absolutely messy and the demographic is trashy. The only good thing about this place is a cold pitcher of Yeungling. Let's not forget about the insane waitlist. Goodluck to anyone trying to come here!

Bird Bowl has a friendly staff. We (2ppl) got there around 6:30pm, on a Wednesday night, and didn't have to wait for a lane. So that was nice. The lane was inconsistent with its pin resets, which is annoying when you're paying by the hour. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. There is a great 21 and over bar, which is nice considering the amount of kids running around. The bar is a nice oasis to get away. It's a nice enough bar to visit even if you're not going to bowl.

The specials or deals for bowling are amazing. The prices for bowling in a fun place is way cheaper than other bowling places.

As a league bowler in Bird Bowl, I don't judge customer service cause I have always gotten the best service out of everyone, last night wasn't the case, one server was swept under the bus and had the league pair, Pitcher of beer fine, water bottle great, a cup of coffee now that's a problem cause she complained she had to make it herself, coffee came cold, didn't have a stirrer, then had a cup of coffee that was hot perfect right? No, I got frustrated over trying to order a cup of coffee cause she didn't want to do it, Cynthia, if you're reading this, you know exactly what happened cause I saw you came by the league pair and tell me straight up it wasn't the servers fault. I'm not ordering from that server again and you know well this is the lowest bar you set for me

They are always very friendly and are willing to help you with any problems. One time my ball got stuck in the machine and a guy helped me out and got my ball back and even gave me back the time I had lost from it

Incredible atmosphere. My children enjoyed and dance all the time we were there.

Went bowling on Saturday night.had a blast. Good place to go and have some fun, at night it's more for adults, at 9pm the lights go from bright to disco, there is a live DJ. The food is edible nothing to write home about, but the cocktails are awesome .

Went last minute on a Saturday night. Waited an hour and a half to get a lane but I was informed every minute via the Yelp App. Server was awesome (wish I remembered her name) will go back.

Really fun time! Clean space, friendly staff, good vibes all around. I was hesitant to play, really wasn't dressed for it but played anyway and ended up scoring first in the last game and beat the score for game totals by 1 point in the end.

First time attending this establishment was a few weeks ago on a Sunday evening. It gets really busy so I recommend utilizing their online waitlist to avoid wasting time in line. One thing not communicated is that you cannot join the line until you are officially checked in. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! Checking in, requesting shoes, ordering drinks from the bar, ordering food from the lane. all extremely pleasant.

The quality of food/beverages are surprisingly good. Given the current circumstances with COVID-19, I do wish they were more thorough with cleaning and sanitizing the shoes, bowling balls, common areas.

A really great and fun place, a must if you want to compete with your friends or just play casual matches while having some good laughs.

We waited an hour and a half to get a lane and then when we received the text they said we waited too long to check in and could not get a lane. Instead of giving us the next available lane they said we had to join the wait list again which was even longer. Bad service. Pinds did not set up properly when I went in the past.

Great place to get your bowling on. During the summer it is a bit busier than normal but with updated staff they are trying to keep up. The pins return quick and the lanes are well taken care off. Be advised that the evening special pricing online and on the paper at the entrance are old as of two weeks ago. I do wish they would update the website to be more exact and not only give rates by approximate because as it is indicated 'prices can change'. After a 40 minute drive that is a somewhat bitter pill to swallow. Just saying.

Bird Bowl is dingy, loud, and smells like Metro-Rail but that is not the reason for my 1 star review. They lie about pricing, that bothers me because the deals they have on their website "are subject to change" in English that translates to fraudulent business practice. Go bowl and feel better about yourself after watching the other people at Bird Bowl but they are liars.

Loved it! Super nice staff let us pick our lane. The people were very nice to the kids customers as well cheered them on. Food service fast! Only complaint is parking is hard to find.

Ahhhhhh Bird Bowl. I love ya. The parking is shite BUT who cares when you have SO MUCH fun once you get inside. The lanes are a good time, the ball selection is plentiful and the staff are SUPER friendly. The food. well it is what you expect - totally americana bowling alley food - I have not partaken. lol I can't wait for my next visit :0

Yeah, I use bumpers when I'm bowling.so what?! I've never been a fan of wearing rented shoes so I only come here in groups when I'm peer pressured to do so. The prices can't be beat. Overall, the rate you pay per person is much more attractive than other bowling alleys nearby. Yes, they've revamped certain parts of their location but the overly vintage feel gives me major throwback memories.

The cheesy graphics when you land a strike enable the walk of pride back to your lanes seating area. Bowling can get quite competitive and even if you initially only want one game, you'll more than likely add a few more because this place makes it a blast to feel like a winner. A lot of nearby schools and summer camps plan field trips here. It's family friendly and on Wednesday's they offer discounted prices on bowling making it an even better deal. I love the arcade section; it makes me feel like a kid again.

It is what it is. Its bowling. Great prices, easy. Great for groups. The bar has some good beers which is important and its super fun with the right crowd. Unfortunate if you get stuck next to a group you dont vibe with. It happens and if there is somewhere to move they are cool with changing your lanes. Sometimes the tables are filled with old plates and chicken bones which is super unpleasant so I wish they would handle that a bit but besides that it is what it is and there is nothing to complain about. Good bowling, easy and fun.
