The staff are so helpful and friendly throughout the resort. A special mention to the housekeeping team - undoubtedly the best housekeeping team in the world. Staying in 8305 - they went above and beyond- very thoughtful- leaving cleaning cloth for glasses, book marks, animals made of towels which kids loved - room spotless. Housekeeping sometimes gets forgotten but are such an important team - they have taken a 5 star experience beyond that

The staff, the room, the cleanliness, the service, overall the hotel.

I've enjoyed and loved literally every minute during my stay in the hotel. In my opinion, for kids or couples, young or old, for everyone a promise to have a great stay. You'll definitely see me back & I will highly recommend Atlantis to anyone who asks.

The best place I visited in Dubai The check-in was pretty easy, stayed at the Imperial Club Lounge, it's pretty good. Buying a whole package here is a good option. Atlantis is a life in itself and is amazing. They have the best restaurants, the water activities, beach fronts, and so much more. Also they have multiple cuisines available for they guests to have a great time with options for dine or buffet or breakfast and more. This place is love

Had our wedding here and it was a fantastic experience. Atlantis were very accommodating of any request made and everything they did was to an incredible standard, and well priced compared to its competition. Our only qualms would be that they don't include a wedding planner and the bridal changing room was substandard. Apart from this the staff went out of their way to ensure every guest had a great time which made for a seamless event, and the food is UNBELIEVABLE. Even the spa treatment was the best massage I've ever had. All in all very happy with the outcome and will definitely be returning at some point.

We only stayed here for three nights, but got some of the best service we've ever gotten at a hotel. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, trying to help you in any way possible. The whole resort is gorgeous, the room was clean and spacious. We had a beautiful ocean view. The attention to detail by the housekeeping was remarkable, they organized and tidied every little thing.

The pool areas are very nice, as well as the beach area, with equally prompt service and delicious drinks. We loved being able to take the buggy to the aqua park. The medical clinic was also super helpful. If you have kids, this is an amazing place to bring them as well. Eating breakfast while watching the sharks swim by at Poseidon Cafe is an amazing experience. Would definitely return here again! We didn't want to leave!

We stayed 6 nights and wish to share the following so that you know what to expect. 1. We had booked ONE room with Balcony but there was no Balcony room available and the Front Desk promised us to give Balcony room next day but even after our constant follow up nothing happened. The Front Desk never called us back to give update. Every time they say that we call them back to find out.

The Front Desk was not at all helpful and Accommodating. Never felt like a 5 STAR service. At the end after 6 Nights stay we requested to check out 2 hrs. late but again they asked us to call after 9 AM on the day of check out but at 9 AM when we called they flatly said NO. We had a very bad experience dealing with Front Desk Staff. Very UN-Helpful Staff. 2. The Restaurants, beach and the water park were great, 3. Room Cleaning Staff was good. 0

Fun and fantastic stay. Get the Imperial Club room for access to the lounge. The breakfast, tea and happy hour is more than enough food for your stay. The service was impeccable from the time we arrived until we left. The room is well appointed with lots of water, tea and an amenity kit. The turndown service was a lovely touch. It's five star all the way from all staff members. Our family of four enjoyed the water park, the location on the Palm and all the resort has to offer. Perfect stay!

Went with my wife to celebrate our 21st anniversary. At check-in I casually mentioned we came to celebrate our anniversary. While relaxing in our room our first day there someone knocked on the door and brought a gift of a box with sweets and a rose. They asked if we had anything planned for the actual day of anniversary, I mentioned which day it was and that we had already booked a desert excursion.

When we got back from the excursion they had arranged the bed with towels folded like two kissing swans with rose petals on them, with a rose petals formed in the shape of a heart in front of them (posted picture of these). The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I didn't ask them to make our anniversary special, but they went out of their way to do just that simply from me casually mentioning it at check-in.

Absolutely incredible service. Breathtaking views from our room. So much to see and do just within the resort. We went just thinking it would be a beautiful place to spend an anniversary, but when we left we already began talking about having to return with our (teenage) children. We celebrated 21 years of marriage and this anniversary was by far the most memorable one, thanks to the staff at Atlantis, The Palm.

Probably one of the best hotel/resort I've stayed in! Hotel lobby is one big glass aquarium! Massive hotel with a range of restaurants! Lucky to have booked a club room with a view.of the city! Club lounge offered a variety of food and drink literally throughout the day. Staff friendly. The only minor issue was the bill was more than what I was quoted. When queried I was advised it was because of the exchange rate however can understand slightly higher or lower but it wasn't the case. However paid as I had a great time!
